I agree with Coco!  If you are feeling unsettled about the 2nd dress, you may want to continue looking.  You want to be certain about your dress, it's all the difference in the world of how you feel!  The dress looks fabulous on you, but if it isn't right for you, keep looking!  Once I tried on my dress, I knew it was "The One" and I was forcing myself to try on the other dresses in the room since that was going to be the only and last time for me to try on wedding dresses.

OMG!!! Everyone has been so incredibly busy in the 2 months I haven't checked in. Between work, school, football for both kids and football for the university I work for, I haven't been able to read the board to keep up with everyone or do any kind of wedding planning what-so-ever! The Christmas holiday break will be much welcomed and busy getting my wedding stuff done!

 

Quick update on RSVP's we have 12 that have responded yes with all of them staying at least 5 nights......so close but yet so far from 75!! A few being ones we didn't expect to come so that's very exciting. Praying that we get the 75!

 

Happy Thanksgiving!!! Hope everyone's is safe!

One more thing.....we started building our house!! Foundation is poured and the framing is done......the roof was supposed to be put on but it finally started RAINING in Texas!!! Praise God!! It's also hunting season and since my FI and future FIL are the ones building it things get put on hold for trips to the ranch on the weekends. But it's all good since we won't need it until June. I'm going to try and get some pics this week so everyone can see. And I'm going to get our invitations posted finally!

Hola Chicas,

 

Well my work mom asked me to make some boarding passes, well in her words "The ones like your save the date"  She fell out when I told her "I purchased those"  her response "Well what was all the other printing for"  I smile120.gif as I said, you will  have to wait and see, but remember the brochures with the magnet? She said oh okay.. but I know you have tons more to give because the count on the printer was ULTRA high.. and she placed a strong emphasis on high.  LOL  Well, I told her that I was pretty much done with big jobs.  She said, well not quite.  So scratching my head, I said do tell.  Well come to find out, she is paying for her two daughters airfare to come to our wedding.  My work mom whose awesome, will have 5 people attending (her 2 daughters, granddaughter, her husband and herself) which equals 2 rooms booked for 4 nights each.. Her grand is one of my flower girls.  So with that she wanted me to make 2 boarding passes for her daughters as this will be wrapped and placed under the tree for them to open.  So, since this is my first project for someone else with one of her daughters being ultra critical.. I was racking my head to come up with a Hello Kitty theme that she loves.. So since we are both Shoe folks, I decided to go that route.  I will post the cover once I complete it.. I have to print print a copy to see what I need to adjust.  But for now, please give me your reviews for the boarding pass.  I will be wrapping/packaging these as well (once I give it my once, twice and several once overs...)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
