so, how about blue, green, and then a mix of reds/pinks/oranges ??

for example a bouquet like this, and maybe some center pieces like this

i'm a completel idiot when it comes to table decor. and i want to take a simple/minimalist approach to decor as i think the surrounding will speak for themselves.

basically i just want to highlight the colors of the tropical flowers.

why i can't figure out how to do this is beyond me!

I am using green, orange and aqua --- all of my favorite colors and great tropical colors too!

I think fuschia or orange (or a combo of both!) would work as the accent color. I am using blue, orange and fuschia, so maybe I am biased...

A good way to figure it out is to go to Home Depot or some other home improvement store. Go to the paint sample section. Grab a bunch of different color cards in hues of blue, green, pink, orange...whatever, then go home and hold them up next to eachother. You'll get a really good gage by looking at them that way. Plus you can get your FI's opinion!

I say chocolate brown or tan with green and blue. Keep it nautral and more beachy.

This is a great idea....we're going with espresso brown, tiffany blue and cream for our colors but I'm thinking about adding sage to the color scheme. I want to get out of work and head to Home Depot!!!

I was thinking the exact same thing. Your bouquet and centerpieces could have white or ivory flowers with accents of blue and green if you went with a neutral like chocolate brown or tan.

Blue, Green, Brown (can't really find the right colours, but this is an idea.

Sage would be really pretty with those colors I think!
