OK, I can't buy anymore. I'm worried about getting things to Cancun. This is what's in my 20 bags and I just love them and hope our guest will to.

Cooler Bags (hold 18 cans) but can be used just as a beach bag.
    Logo Beach Towel
    Welcome Letter
    Spanish Phrases
    Stamped Riviera Maya post card
    Koozie
    Tequilla
    Candle
Tylenol/Pepto Bismol/Alka Seltzer (moring relief) Shout wipe, bandades
    Sunscreen

    Lip Balm
    Bubble Bath
    Custom CD
    flip flop playing cards
    Seashell Bookmarks

The towels alone are 40lbs and looks like will cost $356 to ship fed ex. We have 7 rooms worth of guest arriving the same day and thinking I will only ship their bags and try to take the rest (another 12 rooms) down with us? The wedding coordinator said she would assemble the bags and hand out when guest check in. This is why I thought to ship only the ones that arrive when we do??

Any suggestions.... We are also giving a bag to the wedding coordinator and her assistant.

Your bags sound terrific! Your guests will love them. Can you disperse some of the bags contents to your family members to pack? That way you could avoid some of the shipping costs.

Also, I like the idea of giving a bag to your WC. Maybe I will do that too!

I'm having the same issue - but it's because of OOt bags, candy, centerpieces, etc. I am dolling out as much as I can to family and BMs.

I am having the same issues too, but I am making the OOT bags a suprise, and I want them to be there in their rooms when everyone arrives... I don't want guests to see them when they bring them~ *dilemna*

What is the weight limit for luggage when you are flying to Mexico? To fly to Costa Rica we are onyl allowed 50lbs. That puts a huge strain on us since we are staying there for 2 weeks. I would disperse the gifts if possible or send them prior to your leaving.

I've been freaking out about this a little bit lately too! I have so much crap for table decor and OOTs. The things I'm the most worried about are the breakable items. I really just want to carry those on. The rest I can pack in a suitcase.

I really have to start thinking abou this and figure it out!

Would you mind giving more information on where you purchased your beach towels and how much they were? Maggie is wanting to add these to her OOT bags, but is having trouble finding affordable prices.

                Thanks a lot,
                Lizzy
For the dance, at the reception, Maggie wore her crinoline and a lovely lace top. Looks like Tadd likes it!

Do you have any kids coming?? I just found out from my TA that we are each allowed 2 suitcases at 22kg's each. That includes children. So, I told both my sister's that I need the extra suitcases the kids are allowed, they will only need 1 each. So, my Fh and I have to carry them, but that means we can bring more stuff without paying, and that is really exciting.

Sorry I haven't quick to answer the questions because we just got back for cruising the Thousand in Islands on houseboats...
I bought the towels from Beach Towels wholesale manufacturer of custom embroidered monogrammed bath towel for corporate events they are 34X70 Velour beach towels costing 9.75 each which inludes the custom embroidery. You can buy smaller ones that arn't as costly or even the cotton ones, though we are very happy with the ones we purchased and I was very sattisfied with their service.

I bought the cooler bags at target for about $10 a piece. Yes, I realize that we've spent a small fortune putting 20 of these together but we really want our guest to like and to use the things we give them.

Great idea about putting things in the additional childrens luggage. But unfortunately we are going to an adult only all inclusive property. ERC....

Thanks everyone and good luck to us all getting the stuff there.
