    That's what I was thinking too! It's bad enough that people somewhere in the Caribbean will have to see me in a bikini next week - I wouldn't put poor Tash through it too!

        crap i forgot about getting a pedicure today! haha! today i went all out with my final "greasy food and regular coke," to get the craving out of my system. and it worked, because now i feel totally gross and actually can't wait for salad wednesday!
        I will most def. NOT be in a bathing suit!
        ditto on this! probably a tank top and shorts for me. that will be gross enough to get the point across, trust me!

          Cougs- I can barely look at my legs they are so ugly! I may have to opt for jeans and a sports bra...my stomach isn't TOO terrible...

          I was having a french fry craving so I limited myself to a small FF from McD's today for lunch and nothing else. 230 cals total...could have been worse!

            COUNT ME IN!!!! I have to take a pic. Please close your eyes to my pic of me and the scale when posted!

            I am committing. I need to lose weight. I have 4 months to do so.

            Is there anything else I need to do other than send my photo and pic of the scale?

              Dont post it on here. Tash will be the only one that sees the pics and the scale so we dont have people looking at our not so good pics, hahaha.
              We just email her the pics and scale.

                      I went for the workout pants and tank top look. There was no way I was showing off my flabby tummy. I just got the Victoria's Secret swim catalog and there are lots of cute bikinis!!!! Motivation ladies!!!!
