I just found a set of three plastic sand tools (shovel, rake and hoe I think...) at dollarama for $1!  They are a good size, but are packaged fairly flat so I can take them in my luggage without taking up a major amount of space!  I also got a set of three splash for $1 and am still on the hunt for a cheap beach barbie (All the kids coming to our wedding are girls...) that they can play with in the room or in the pool.

I thought putting some little travel games might be a good idea incase there are any bad weather days, or for during the evening when the kids will be in the room - thinking maybe memory card game or go fish but not sure where to find those?  Maybe Walmart?  Any suggestions?

I found some little water ball sling shots at the Dollar Tree that I think the boys will enjoy....when my FI saw them he requested that I pick up some more for he and his grown brother!  They are all kids :)

Wow! You girls put me to shame!

The kids at my wedding were between 1 and 6 years old.

For the OOT bags, I put a set of sand toys (http://www.orientalt...r?Ntt=beach toy) and a package of gummies for the kids in the same bag as the parents.

I also made a reception bag for the kids with things to do that would keep them stationary (so no balls or things that would engourage them to ran around like maniacs). Here's everything that I used for these:
