I'm going with a deep coral...

Not bringing too much with me...I'm keeping it as simple as possible... I am however am going to do a Welcome Bag... :)

Do you find alot of your guest are booking?  Its driving me crazy cause the majority of our guest still have to book... They're acting like typical West Indians...they're going to wait until the last minute to book then when they have to pay more than we orginally quoted...they would be cursing...lol... Ah well the joys...

I saw this post and just had to reply as I was just saying this same thing to my FI last night. At first I got so many inquiries about when to book, how much the cost was??  Since we set everything up with the TA along with a full website for booking online, or through contacting her (leaving me out of the booking process as much as possible..less stressful woot2.gif)....I haven't been seeing my guests booking like I thought I would.  I'm trying to not focus on that part much..but I can't help but whine about it when I have all my printing set to go (programs, menu, seating cards, favor tags)....and don't want to spend excess money if I don't have to.  shots.gif staying calm!!!!!!!!   LOL.

Hi there!

I would say it took about 15 minutes with the sand ceremony.  But then again it may have been shorter or longer, to me if just felt like it flew by really quickly

Same issue here! My wedding isn't until next January but I expected everyone to be just as excited about booking my wedding as I am. We're expecting 80 and only 30 have booked so far. I don't mind if people don't come it would just kinda be nice to know ASAP. Also trying to stay calm!

I am sure that I have read this somewhere on this thread, but I didn't want to go back through the 413 pages again to find my answer.  Is Rashel Edwards the hair and makeup person at the resort? If not, do you have to pay the vendor fee for her?  How much does she charge for hair and also for make up?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
