How have you completed your transaction?

For those of you who have been successful in finding a buyer here for your "stuff" . . . How did you complete your transaction? Clearly, the buyer wants her goods and the seller wants her $$. Any advice? I searched but to no avail . . . Thanks!

I've had people pay via paypal, which is pretty convenient. All you need is each other's email addresses (and a paypal account). I just realized paypal does take a percentage as a fee, but it is pretty low..

DGG - thanks. I was looking at that as I am a pay pal member. Does that protect the buyer? Of course I will come through and produce the product but I want her to feel secure about the transaction.

I haven't had any problems, but I think it protects both of you..

I shipped a few things out and I always scanned a copy of the receipt that I got from the post office, a copy of delivery confirmation and sometimes pics of the boxes as I sent them out. I usually ask them to email me when they receive it for my piece of mind. I haven't had any problems yet.

 

I usually ship once I receive payment within the day or the next day at the latest.

I've purchased a number of "stuff" from the ladies on this forum.. And all of them have been through PayPal. I never had any problems. my FI is an avid Ebay'er and all of his purchases are through PayPal as well.. Good luck!
