Good morning ladies!

 

Raykel- I havent ordered cups yet either... so indecisive. Cant decide between regular stadium cups (cheap plentiful and easy to travel with), plastic beer steins (FIs choice), or insulated mugs (which on this website seem very popular but Id be purchasing the cheapest possible ones so they may look cheap)... last night I made coloring books for the kids (we have 10 coming!). The FI leaves town Sunday for 2 weeks so I will have lots of time to starve, work out and DIY at home:)

 

Brooke- Your sister has skills!! Of the 2, my preference is #1 but either will look awesome I am sure!

 

Shells-Indian sounds lovely for NYE! (well be right over) IMO The UK kicks the US's behind in Indian cuisine... I think its exciting that you are getting close enough to the day to lay awake thinking about what to pack!!!! Yea!!!!

 

Susie- do you ever make up for your lack of sleep or do you just not need it? Id die!

 

And to all- I noticed yesterday that Shelk and Susie are both nominated for MOM for December... DOnt know if the poll is up yet....voting, anyone?

 

We are out the door in a few for a dance lesson at 745am (hope I dont fall in my shoes) and then off to Savannah, Happy New Year

I like your hair both ways - but the two braids is prettier and more elegant looking IMO for the wedding.

I really want to do the insulated mugs, even if it means cutting other stuff out of the oot bags. I want people to keep and use them - not a huge environmentalist, but that just seems better to me. All our friends and family are drinks on the go kind of people with a few 2cup addicts thrown in so I thought they would continue to use them afterwards. Of course if I don't hurry up they won't get anything! I am going to check Elite here at home and if their price is terrible, then I will go with discount mugs. I have a colouring book pretty much done for the kids I just have to print them and pick up a couple packs of crayons.

Funny how much stuff we get done when the boys are away!

 

Shells....I have not been to the UK long enough to try the Indian Cuisine there - just airports but I still love it here at home too.

 

I know Kel has had ex's too, but I figure their loss...my gain! Its nice that the one big trip he did with one of them - they fought the whole time (that makes me sound so mean!) Its good though because it was a trip to Scotland and I really want to go there, so he still does to see it without all the bickering:) I know...makes me a small person in some ways....

 

Susie.....don't get sick again! I am running on empty here and totally get the no sleep, but don't let it catch up with you!

 

I voted for MOM...I think....there are a few things I still have not figured out on here, but I was at the nomination page. Do you go somewhere else to actually vote?

Morning ladies,

 

I did get back to sleep. I go through periods of not sleeping for more than a few hours,it's just stress. I have been feeling very stressed the last few days, with my brother booking to go to Mexico I now have to find someone to take care of my baby girl Sweetpea. Thats my Aussie Shepherd and she is very hard to board out because of the dog hair and her temperment. Sweetpea is scared of everyone and everything, poor baby.

I'll have to make some phone calls this morning to find care for her. Off to work here ladies... Happy New Year!!!!

 

Ali I have to ask how much weight have you lost? You look thin in your pictures... Don't starve yourself too much girlie

Susie! Poor Sweetpea....I would take her. I am sure she would do ok with my Border Collies. They shed so much - not as much as an Aussie, but right up there! One of mine nearly died when I boarded him years ago....so this time they are going to the vet together and staying in one of the gynormous kennels there. That way if anything happens they have help on hand! Does your vet board? Then she would know the people there at least. Good news your brother booked! Alone I presume?

Yeah he booked alone....We met for coffee a couple days ago and had a really good chat about the wedding and the Chic. He knows how I feel about her and he is really just feeling sorry for her. I told him what he is doing is wrong and he needs to move on. She moves into her apartment tomorrow and hopefully he'll back off seeing her. I think this girl has burnt every bridge in her life... She is 40 something and no friend to take her in!!!! seriously!!!!!
Our groomer boards so I am calling her today, Sweetpea has been there many times for grooming. She is just such a big baby. "K" going to work

Hi Ladies! Happy New Years Eve! I'm finally starting to get over this sickness, and I've been spending some much needed down time with my sweetie. We both had this week off so we've been shopping, catching up, and watching lots of movies! It's been great! We have NYE plans to get together with friends but I'm not sure if I'll be doing too much drinking as I'm still finishing up my antibiotics

 

Anyway, I feel like I've missed so much! There were about 7 pages I had to read! YIKES! LOL!

 

Brooke - I love both styles, but I have to agree with the other girls, number 1 has something about it that is so unique! I would choose that one.

 

FutureMrs Goodrich - I'm doing a TTD too, and I'm also buying a separate cheaper dress for that - my bridal dress is too pretty to trash - and I know I will probably never wear it again but something about being able to if I want to is exciting!

 

Susie - I hope you can find something good for your Sweetpea! I'm glad to hear that your brother booked finally. I can imagine this situation with his girlfriend is a hard one - as you and him both seem to have big hearts and want to help her. I hope she can find her way and get her life together!

Raykel- Did you find a TTD dress yet? I ordered mine from Wholesale - Buy China Wholesale Products from Chinese Wholesalers on DHgate.com and it came in 2 weeks- not perfect but only $125!

 

Krista- Hope that you are feeling 100% soon- its no fun to be sick on the holidays!

 

I am also in love with hairstyle #1 and I added the hairstyle #2 because my sister is going to be helping out and doing Tricia's and possibly her bridesmaid(s) hair in Cancun too since we are at the same hotel!
