It's Monday!! Hope everyone had a great weekend.

 

We had a pretty interesting weekend...we found out that we're pregnant smile159.gif Totally a surprise because we weren't really trying, but then again we weren't protecting against it either. So far just my sister and all of you know. We told my sister because she's a nurse practitioner and used to deliver babies. We haven't even told our parents yet. ha ha

Chris - that is funny with the timing. We'll have celebrations each month.

 

Tricia - my cycle has been all wacky so going based on the very last one (looking at the internet) they estimate Jan 11th. Being a January baby I'm not overly excited about that. Yes I was always the first to do everything but on the other hand I never had any one to do it with. Saying all that, healthy is all I care about!!

 

So I was looking on the forum the other day and I saw some threads for February 2011. It seems so unreal that there's already that thread going. Didn't we all just get married yesterday? ha ha

It feels like it Krista! I spent a couple hours last night going through my pictures to create a slideshow and that's all I dreamnt of!! haha

Don't worry about the January thing. Gives you something to celebrate during an otherwise very blah month you know? I always find the time after Christmas hard, so you have something to brighten that month! A very big and important something! :) Very happy for you!!

 

So I broke it to my mom that we won't be coming home this fall for a visit, that we are instead planning a trip to Paris!! She thought that was very cool and was totally supportive of the fact so I am happy! AND it makes it that much more real! So we'll see what progresses.

Krista- I think January is a good month because he/she will be the oldest (or one of the oldest) in their class!! :) That means being the top of the food chain, lol, j/k!! Ohh! Maybe you will have the first baby of 2011!!

 

Christina - I don't know where everyone else is....they disappeared??!! I'm still here, everyday, every moment, lol! I swear this is what I'm getting paid for, not my actual job. I just can't concentrate on work, I can only think WEDDING!!!

Krista congrats that is sooooo exciting! You are due 1 month and 4 days after me. Doesn't it feel good to have us to tell? I know it was a huge relief for me. Can't wait to hear more!

 

Krista. Bridezilla away girl we were all doing it for months and we are more than happy to let u vent!

 

If u have been following facebook I had new meds that got me really sick no fun. Warning to all ur who are preggers or will be soon. Prenancy causes crazy crazy dreams and they don't go away when u ewake up its insane!

OMIGOD Brooke your baby tracker pretty much sums up your feelings this week! (due to the dreams of course, LOL). Hilairous.

Why are you on meds? Everything ok?

 

Damn I feel preggers today haha. Just FAT and bloated. I am soooo disappointed in myself for gaining 5lbs since Mexico. I have to really get my ass in gear and go to the gym hard core again. I have been only going like twice a week instead of the 4 I was going before the wedding (hence why I gained). Got hit with a cold Friday I have been battling ever since so that hasn't helped matters.

 

It's the husbands bday today. We did not get along last night at all. I feel bad because we went to be angry. sad.gif Gotta make that up to him...

 

I finished my pictures last night! Our new slideshow is 360... Too much? That's out of 703... so I think I did good! If you press play and watch from start to finish it's about 20min... but obviously you can skip through them faster too. Thoughts? Anyway... once we have it up online I'll send the link, but I am only sharing with you girls. Not that this thread is exclusive but...

 

Time to work!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
