i have to say i give big props to everyone who is doing so well on the diet. congrats on all the weight lost.

I'm still on the first week but i am DYING for a cheat day! i've been doing good so far, havent slipped up yet and taking it one day at a time... but this takes some will power, especially with DF around.. looking at him you'd think he works out everyday but nope! he stuffs his face with whatever he wants and it never affects him. meanwhile i'm dieting and kicking my butt in the gym. i hate him LOL

I found the powder at sams club.. they had vanilla or chocolate... my FI drinks chocolate and it is pretty nasty.. I've grown accustomed to the vanilla and it's not even that bad anymore...

And congrats on almost being done with week 1!! I know it seems like forever until the cheat day -- I'm in week 2 right now so I've just crossed the 1/2 way mark.. it does get easier.. I actually printed out the 3 week priming phase chart from the .pdf and I cross the days off the list.. kind of helps me to visualize the end goal so to speak

Best of luck!! It's not that hard.. the first week takes some getting used to -- the lack of carbs and the planning and preparation of meals.. but if you stick with this for 2.5 months you'll probably need to have your dress taken in :)

mexicana bride - welcome4.gif like Katie said, it does take some planning but it's so worth it in the end. It's not a hard diet at all really and what you eat is super healthy, so there are lots of benefits!

 

jstinemari - you can do it girl!!!! keep yourself in focus and next thing you know, you'll be at your first cheat day!! cheesy.gif

mexicana bride welcome! if you stick to this diet you will be able to get that dress on with no problem.

 

jstinemari you are probably at the most difficult part only a couple more days the 2nd week is really good because the days start to switch for you, having a piece of fruit not is a treat!

blah...I'm grumpy today guys! I've started strength training again this week and I must put on muscle really quickly or something because I peeked at my weight this morning and I'm up 3 lbs from last saturday!! rant.gif I know I shouldn't let the # on the scale consume my life or anything but it's annoying! I guess that's why we're also encouraged to take measurements on this program. Sorry, just wanted to vent!

I know it won't be as much weight loss per week once I get to core but the priming phase is amazing ....
