I just signed us up for a 4 week wedding reception survival dance course. I'm so excited!!! We need all the help we can get. I think after we get through this I'm going to sign us up for a couple private lessons so we can use our first dance song and make it look good.

I love to latin dance and I told FI when we met that I would never marry a man who couldnt dance with me --- so for his birthday on June 5th he is getting dancing lessons. There is nothing sexier in my opinion than dancing salsa with my man...lol..you'll love it -- it's such a fun thing to do together and then you can use it the rest of your lives... :)

What a great course!! You might have inspired me to sign up for dance classes!!!

But here's a question - there aren't many combined classes in our area, so which dance would be best to take classes for?? Is salsa too sexy for a first dance?

I'm taking salsa classes right now w/ some friends and it is so much fun! I don't think salsa is too sexy at all, I'm sure your guests will love to watch it too.
Me and my FI are taking ballroom dancing classes. We can use all the help we can get. I'm sure we'll have lots of fun and laughs too.

I took Ballroom Dancing last semester at school and it was a blast!

We learned Tango, Cha-Cha (my fav!), Foxtrot and Waltz. Then Martina & I took two private lessons - Cha-Cha and West Coast Swing. So much fun!

i love taking dance lessons...my dad taught me to cha cha as a kid and i took salsa for awhile...steve and i hired keanu reeves dance instructor (she teaches starts to dance for movie parts and is a movie dance coordinator) and our dance routine was so funny...we have it on video tape...we ended up not doing it and danced like we were at our middle school dance.
