      Nope lady, your right about that! I don't want to see myself in a bikini each week, until I look good in it! I'm just gonna do a before (done) and after! If I need some motivation along the way maybe I'll take another pic and compare!

      I just went out and ate ribs, corn on the cob, green beans, mashed potatoes, and ice tea! I'm sooooo full and I need to get up off of my ass and work it off!

            I'm worried about this week's weigh in! I felt like I did ok eating wise but not the best...yesterday was disastorous...I had a big mac meal, ugh!! I was disgusted with myself this morning and worked out big time today and ate really well. I plan on doing the same for tomorrow and Tues to try and make up for my laziness!

            How was everyone's weekend?

              My weekend was BAD! It was my birthday and just the alcohol alone is going to crush me! LOL But I had fun so maybe it was worth it. LOL

                Happy late birthday! My weekend hasn't been the best. I ate so many salty foods that I feel so blah and bloated. Any suggestions to help that?

                  I haven't ate bad, but I haven't worked out this week just cause I've been recovering from being sick and don't want to push myself. I kind of feel like I'm just going to come out even. Today I have sat down 2 times for 30 minutes. I've been cleaning like CRAZY!!! Moving all kinds of stuff. But finally getting our house put together after moving in almost 5 months ago! You burn ALOT of calories cleaning house

                    Ugh. I'm afraid too. I ate bad all day and drank Miami Vices. I can only imagine the amount of sugar in those bad boys.

                      This week stunk so far for my BL goals!!!! I Had my anniversary LOTS of sushi and a ginormous piece of carrot cake, along with beers and a bottle of sake(of course:)) Then today we had my Fi nephews Baptism and my cousins sons birthday party of course with cake at both and some weird urge came over me to eat everything in sight(hormons suck). To make up for this week I think I might have to work out from now till 11:55 Wednesday night and then quickly send it in...(not going to happen)
