Here is FI in his suit from Studio Suits - we went with the light hawaiian grey check fabric (which added $40) but the lighting isn't awesome in these pictures so it is hard to see the fabric clearly.  The jacket is slim fit and the pants straight leg. Don't mind the wrinkles we were so excited it came he just put it right on - although for travelling from India folded in a bag I think it looks not bad for wrinkles!

If anyone has questions let me know - we are definitely impressed and would highly recommend!

Thanks!! We are both very happy with the suit!  The shirt is linen too - but we didn't order it from studio suits - FI picked it up a few months ago at winners.  It is short sleeve and he is thinking he would prefer long sleeve so that shirt might get bumped to some other pre-wedding event.

Thanks for the info! We are thinking long sleeve as well, then he can roll up the sleeves. We aren't doing a jacket, but a vest instead:)

Mlite, you are a God send! We've been waiting for somone to purchase and post the grey check plaid. We ordered swatches, but my Fi was worried the check plaid would be to overwhelming in real life compared to a 2" swatch.  We've purchased two other suits, becuase he was too nervous to order but he's not happy with either.  I think this will win him over (fingers crossed).  I hope you dont mind if I come back with questions.

By the way, this looks great on your Fi. I'm glad the two of you are happy with the results. Thanks for shairng!

                Thanks for the guidance!

We just got our suit last week - and it is great - the fabric (we went with the cotton linen blend) is refined and appropriate weight - won't be too hot in the sun but structured enough to keep the modern shape. Everything with the suit was impecably finished - edges matched up (we went with the light hawaiian grey check), nicely finished and lined etc.

Thank you! Great feedback, I feel much better. I will go ahead and order swatches. I guess some things aren't too good to be true :-)

I recently ordered and received in the mail several swatches (I ordered practically every fabric line!). I am really impressed with the quality of the fabric and the range of colors available. The swatches they sent are very professionally presented, came quickly, and are definitely big enough to get a sense for what the whole suit will look like. So far, so good! I will be sure to update you all on the final product.
