If anyone has any questions about anything, I will try my best to help :) Please shoot me an email, though, since I check that daily. My address is [email protected]. Just title the message "Questions about Beaches wedding" or something of that sort, so that I don't mistake the email for junk/dangerous mail.

I am also working on getting my pictures up & ready for viewing, so if you'd like to see pics you should shoot me an email so I know who to send 'em to wink.gif
emailing you right now

Hi Ladies,

For those who have gotten married at beaches negril I have a few questions.

If you do the Beautiful Beginnings Theme, did you have to pay $100 per extra table?

If you brought your own centerpieces and decor for ceremony and reception, were you charged $150 for as a set fee?

Does anyone have prices on flowers/bout for BM & GM?

If you did the BB Theme did you have a long table for your wedding party? I am being told that I can only have a round table for groom, BM, GM and myself. And I have to get a MS theme to get a long table. I am getting so stress over something so minor. All I want is one long table for the wedding party.

Past Beaches Brides - I am in need of help!

We are getting into the final week before we leave and are still SUPER hesitant to prepay for anything. We just feel like we need to see the resort locations, get the "feel" of the resort we give them a bunch of money, non-refundable too!

What items did you pre-pay for and what items did you wait on? Did you find that everything was still available even if you didn't pre-pay or plan on getting the items, (i.e. reception, DJ, etc.)

We generally know what we want to do, time frames etc, but we don't want to pay until we see things.

Thoughts? Experiences?

Katie- I was married at Beaches T&C but we paid for everything there! Believe me you do not need to pre pay. The Miami planners push that so they can make commission. We paid for our videographer when we got there. If your using their photog you can book that there as well. If you are wanting to do the 3 hour reception.. I think you may want to book that before you go. So you can plan but beautiful beginnings is simple and usually doesnt need to be paid for.

Im confused have you not chosen your ceremony time yet?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
