Oh that story is too cute - and I love your recruited witnesses - I know they will be talking about that for years to come! Your JOP looked young! How much fun!

It's so great that you got all those pics too!!!

 

A friend of ours who is a Notary signed our legal paperwork at a friends house just a few days before we left for our DW - on the anniversary of our 1st date ... and we had 2 friends and a neighbors poodle serve as witnesses.

I'm still kind of in disbelief. I don't know when it's all gonna sink in. I guess after the DW. We didn't exchange rings and it wasn't in front of people, so... then again, my bosses made me spill the beans to my small team at lunch today - they wanted to give me a gift. It was super cute. So one of my teammates keeps coming by calling me Mrs. LOL! smile116.gif

 

DH (!) took a sick day today, but I worked and then had to pick up my dress. I can't wait til the weekend to spend some time with him. And I've got to get used to printing my new last name (thought technically it won't be until February).

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
