    I would be interested.  I just have to pick up the dvds and I wouldn't be able to start until the middle of July because we are in the process of moving into our first home.  But I would totally go for it.  It makes me feel like I have a commitment with you ladies and can't let you down.  Keep me posted.

      I think you can join in when you are able, at least it's good with me!  I found my dvd really cheap, like $8 at sams club I think it was.

        Ya people could join in anytime... it would just be nice to try and hold eachother accountable because I start and then stop and start and stop... i need to dive in and stick to it!!

         

        I am thinking the best thing for me is to decide on set rest days because if i don't I will probably take too many rest days lol!

        I've been doing this for 19 (will about 25 with a few rest days) days now! I've lost 5 pounds and can definetly see some defination!!!! I am in a wedding next weekend so I'm hoping to lose a few more pounds by then- but it may be hard with all the 4th of July bbqs this weekend!

         

        I have a rest day of Friday- it's so hard to work out friday night when I get home- so I've decided that is my rest day! :)

            Shan, how great that you've lost 5 pounds and are seeing good results alreay!  I know you'll be looking good for the wedding next week. 

             

            coconoir, way to go for day 1 done. 

             

            I am all set to start this tomorrow!  I really hope to see some serious toning going on.

              I'm starting tomorrow too ladies! Wish me luck!! I know the last time I did it the first couple days were by far the hardest for me...

              Thanks lovepea!   I just have to stay away from the food and alcohol this weekend and I will be fine!

               

              SummerDawn- you are definetly right- the first 4 days are hell and then it is smoother sailing from there on out.

               

              Tonight is my last day for level 2.  I will take a break tomorrow night and Saturday starts level 3! ahhh!! :)

                I would be in ladies!  After day 1, my entire body hurt!!  I definitely feel that this would be beneficial, and cannot wait to see results! :)

                  Jillian is tough! I couldn't keep up with her. I found http://www.blogilates.com/workoutindex -  great site that has been helping me - much slower paced but definitely works wonders, and its FREE - can't beat that;) I just change it around, like one day I will do stretch, cardio, arms...the next I will do stretch, abs, and butt.
