I am also on Weight Watchers:) These are the tricks that have helped me so far: 1 - my weigh in day is Friday (that way I can still eat out with friends on the weekend and have time to get it back off before next weigh in) 2 - Eat protein:) It keeps you full for much longer. 3 - Cardio 4 - working out to blogilates.com workouts.   2. I have never heard of this before, it sounds so neat. I didn't think about a beach wedding, but this sounds awesome.

  4. Jillian is tough! I couldn't keep up with her. I found http://www.blogilates.com/workoutindex - great site that has been helping me - much slower paced but definitely works wonders, and its FREE - can't beat that;) I just change it around, like one day I will do stretch, cardio, arms...the next I will do stretch, abs, and butt.

  6. Ahhh, so many pretty sites. I feel like I am on overload - in a good way:) I am going to go grab a cup of coffee and get lost in it all:)
