The weather here is perfection, not a grey cloud in site since we arrived!! Everything has gone completely smooth and my meeting with the coordinators today was amazing, they have their shiz in order for sure.

The resort is gorgeous, the service is amazing, just thought you AS b2b's would love to hear some good news from onsite. Tipping is definitely how to get ahead here, just keep that in mind.

I'm gonna get started on the OOT bags now.... I'm really already having a blast and guests arrive tomorrow and I can't even wait!!

Stilll can't believe I'm really here :)
SO GLAD TO HEAR IT"S going well!!!! How exciting!

Just wondering how long ago you booked? If it was very recent I think that there may be a third wedding that day as well.
i booked it about last November. i am having really hard time navigating through this website. this is not a user friendly blog to follow...

oh my gosh.. i have not done anything sad.gif i am struggling with many things you are working on... i am not even sure where to begin at this point. i am going to panic pretty soon...

i am also looking for welcoming bag for my guests... beach towel of course.. but not sure how i am going to get it there. we are also planning to have a photo booth for our family and friends. funny that we are all thinking the same stuff... we asked about the BBQ deluxe option but we decided not to do it cause some will get prepared in the kitchen and some will get cooked outside on the grill. we thought this might be not great... do you think maybe we can talk outside of this blog? i feel like i can't find anything in this website. let me know. thanks!!!!

Hi Chong,
Calm down, it will all be ok. Just make a list (I've found that this helps me stick to what I need to do). Prioritize by importance, i.e. book your ceremony and reception locations if you're having one, book a photograper if you want one. Make sure the things that can get booked up are taken care of. Also, if you are having guests come for your wedding you may want to get a travel agent. Mine is Jennifer from VIP Travel and so far I have no complaints. She is handling a lot of my stuff and negotiated an exceptional rate for us all.

I am doing the Sky Deck wedding @ 4pm and haven't even booked my reception location yet. Hopefully that will be done this week. Google sunset times if you want it to be sunlight for your reception, if not, go with 5:30. After all, it will give you more time to get dressed, etc.

Let me know if there's anything else you need.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
