Haven't started packing!  I've got all my extras in my bedroom in one area now though.  I'm a list person - I will plan what I will need/wear for every night - that way I don't overpack clothing.  I also roll clothes - saves space and wrinkling of clothes.  we leave saturday and I am off as of Wednesday so I have mucho time!

For when?  One of my bridesmaids is flying out of Vancouver and she paid less than that for a single supplement - one week, including taxes - Jan 22.

OMG - that sucks!  LOL -  maybe you can think of the vomiting as good luck - like when a bird drops one on you or when it rains on your wedding day!  Do you think the dresses really need to be dry cleaned?  I launder tonnes of stuff that say dry clean only - all the time - and there is no damage - silks, cashmere, formal wear etc included.  I hand wash or use the hand wash setting on my front loader.
Glad your dress changes are simpler!

 Awesome - thanks! Gorgeous!

We had our BBQ the night before the wedding as a welcome party for all of our guest...the picture frames said "Here we are at age..." and the table number of that age was in the middle with a picture of my husband and I at that age... here's a close up =)

We're not doing a rehearsal dinner. We opted to do a welcome cocktail party for all our guests, so that they can meet each other!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
