Yup. They come on a long lace for your neck if I remember correctly. And also you have to be REALLy careful with them because if i remember correctly again, they have the room number stamped on them! So losing them is BAD!

Oh bummer...I didn't even think about these keys being an actual key!!! We were even there 2 years ago...but I never carried my key (my FI did) so I don't even remember!! Geez...I should have asked him about this first...LOL!! It should be ok though because the badge holders (from westcoastlanyards.com) that I got are a little bigger than I expected and will work out quite well. I think the thing that bothers me the most is that I wrote "keycard & tip holder" on these cards...and I'm a bit "particular" so it will bug me that it says keycard when it should say key. I know, I know...I shouldn't be so ridiculous and worry about the little things :)

I have found the OOT bags section in this website to be soooo very helpful...LOTS of great ideas!!

I have bought a few things in the store but I have found most of the things online. So far in our bags we have...

- Luggage tags and straps (westcoastlanyards.com)

- Keycard and tip holders with lanyards (westcoastlanyards.com)

- "Mexican Survival Kit" with individual packs of advil, pepto, burn cream, insect wipes, sunscreen wipes, face masks, hand sanitizer (northwestsafety.com, lafreshgroup.com, ebay.ca)

- Spanish phrase guide (homemade)

- Kleenex (bargainshop)

- First Aid kits (dollarama)

- Notepads and pens (dollarama)

- Snorkels, goggles, swim tubes for the kids (dollarama)

- Photoshare card, pre-wedding brochure, welcome letter and room list (vistaprint.ca)

Last but not least...we are DESPERATELY looking for 20 oz Bubba Kegs. We have been waiting for Canadian Tire to have a sale on these for 3 months...but no luck yet. We have checked out 4imprints.ca and discountmugs.com but haven't found anything really comparable to the bubba kegs. Any suggestions?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
