Ahh yes, ok I have seen these before. Thanks for clearing that up. Those submersible LED lights you can put in vases. I think they are alot cheaper if you can order them yourself. I can't see purcahsing $4500 worth of these.

Here are the submersible tea lights or floralytes I think they are referring to. They can be found on a few sites, but here are 2 that I know of. As you can see they are very inexpensive. I hope they aren't charging that much for them, you can get them yourself.
