I think sole mates are those plastic covers for high heels

SoleMates are plastic covers for your heels that increase the surface area and help prevent your heels from sinking into grass. I've heard lots of positive things about them. They cost about $10 for a pair. I have found them in bridal salons.

My dress is to the length of my 4" heels which I plan on wearing for pics and the reception.  I will be barefoot for my beach ceremony, so I am fine with having my dress drag a little....or I will walk on my toes, lol.  I did not have the option for a front hem either.  Having the ability to wear heels during my reception for dancing adn stuff was important to me.

I am getting married on the beach, but need to wear high, high, high heels. (I'm 5'2", FI is 6'7"). I thought I was limited to wedges, but these might work in the sand, too! Has anyone tried them on the beach?
