    I wish they had bootcamp here. Would love to take it....

        Melissa, turbojam is a series of workout videos, I have them too. I alternate between turbojam & cindy crawford.

        I didn't get out of bed this morning to exercise, so I'm going to do it when I get home. I can't decide between the treadmill or a video, will see what I feel up to when I get there.

            Good article, not to mention it made me feel great since I worked out this morning at 6:30am. I figure hitting the gym early today would make me feel better later when trying on dresses. (for the first time yikes!)

              LOL not me!! I don't realy look forward to working out EVER!! Even when i do it on a regular schedule

                I like working out in the morning, especially in the summer time. The pool is so nice! I think I am going to start that work out early. Start swimming in May.

                    you guys are welcomed...i like to post stuff that my help us or motivate us

                    anywho.....I dont like working out period....BUT if Like to do it in the AM...for me it makes me feel better throughout the day vs going at my lunch..i just hate getting u[
