    Did day 5 of my p90x today. I've been so motivated so far. Need to keep it going!

      Jogged/walked for 2.7 miles on incline today.

        yeah! one hour treadmill interval training! and kept repeating Wedding bikini beach honeymoon..hahaha

          Jogged outside on a beautiful trail for 30 minutes!  It feels awesome afterward!

                I was very tempted to slack off today but did jog/walk for 2.7 miles on incline again. Gained a lot of weight since the wedding and need to get back in shape before our 1-year anniversary.

                  so far today I have done 6 miles on my stationary bike,  jillian 30 day shred,  later after work I will ride the bike again and walk on the treadmill!

                      25mins cross trainer = 280kcal

                      15mins bike = 128kcal

                      2000m row = 100kcal

                      Crunches, squats and lunges
