    Just finished 30-day shred. It's short but kicks your butt.
    I don't know why I haven't posted here before but I thought I should start so I keep myself accountable :)

    Jill, 7 days! Good for you!! I'm also bringing work-out stuff with me. It's a great stress reliever & clears my head.

      ok im finally back on the working out train. I totally fell off after my vegas bachelorette in july. whoopsie.

      back to 6 days a week at the gym. Tonight is legs day, my least favorite day. Oh well, wish me luck!

        tonight, I had spin class - SOOOOO sore from kick class yesterday! i'm literally a vegetable tonight on the couch! my FI had to cook and do the dishes! hahaha!!!

          I hate legs too...takes a lot out of you.

          But I managed to get mine in today plus a 45 minute cardio session.

          Comp in 4 days!

            I'm tired from plyo last night.

            You girls will think this is funny... I put on a dress today and the arms are a little tight. I'm like what the !@#$ I've been busting my buns and I have always had really skinny arms. Then I realized that its from all the P90X upper body workouts that I have been doing. So now I keep flexing my biceps because they look cut.

              ah Jill, I love spinning! I havent been in awhile. ILl have to try to get there either this weekend or next week tho! I hate it the whole time im spinning but man you feel so good after!

                I have tried spin classes before and it was a great workout. But my biggest trouble is not having any visual entertainment to keep me interested for 45 minutes on a stationary bike. Eventually I dropped out.

                  Started off with eight 30-second sprints on the treadmill followed by 30-minute step aerobics and 15-minute ABS. My energy level is lower than usual today and it is probably weather-related.

                    Yesterday I did my chest workout and then 45 minutes of cardio.

                    Today I will do my back and then 45 minutes of cardio.

                    Comp in 2 days.

                      did arm weights, lunges & walked 2.5 miles (fast)
