      Did cardiovascular/interval routine using P90X - Interval X Plus and it was so hard towards the end. Also tried to follow the abs routine on the same DVD but the footage kept pausing every other 15 seconds so I gave up.

        My buttocks are sore today from yesterday. Today I worked shoulders and triceps.

            Did 30 Day Shred Level 1 again this morning, and I have 6K of hills to do tonight with my group. Not sure why I did both on the same day again since last week I did this and couldn't walk until Saturday...

              Step aerobics and abs at lunch and worked chest/biceps/back after work. Trying to cramp as much as possible in before the long weekend. :)

                Missed my hill training last night because I had to work late. Ran 5K this morning. So sleepy now.

                    Went to Total Body Pump at lunch and hit the major muscle groups during class. Hoping to hit the gym at the hotel tomorrow/Saturday and report progress when I get back.

                      I've gone to working out every other day. It's much easier on my sleep schedule!
