    3.4 miles on the treadmill this morning, alternating sprints at 8.0 for .25 miles with .10 miles at 6.0 & shred tonight (level 3 with 5 pound weights. almost died!)

      Went to steps aerobics at lunch and jogged 5.3 miles earlier. A total cardiovascular day!

          I'm new to this thread, but I really need it! It is very inspirational, hopefully one day I will be running miles with all of you! I need 2 get up and start moving, because my FI has been running all week. I am a slacker I did a half hour cardio with MY FITNESS coach on Wii!

            Cool! I may try this workout routine sometime to shock my body. :)

                Last night I did 1.25 hours of hathat yoga. Tonight, personal trainer coming over. Shoulder is still slightly injured but doing a bit better... I have a yoga retreat this weekend during which time we'll apparently be doing 12 hours of yoga, yikes!!!

                    Went to Body Pump at lunch and hit more weights after work. I am done with the gym this week. Will jog tomorrow morning (if I can get up) and the weekend. Good job everyone!!! KEEP IT UP!!!

                      I spent 30min. on the elliptical! Should have done more, but had to get my progress reports started.
