    I'm hoping I'm back on track after today. I did not one, but TWO p90x dvd's today~ chest & back this morning and plyometrics after work. Hopefully I can move tomorrow. lol Thanks ladies, all of your posts were the motivation I needed to get started again.

        My BD shoot is in exactly 3 weeks! I really need to get with it. I've been working out really hard, but I haven't seen results on the scale. I'm not overweight, but I have a hell of a time getting rid of the last few pounds. I'm going to get Jillian's book today. Is two weeks enough time to lose 5 pounds?

        Back to topic, I did level 3 of the 30 day shred dvd today. I wore my heart rate monitor, and I only burned 213 calories. It feels like it should be about 300! Then, I did day 2 of my 5 day ab dvd. 247 calories total.

        I plan on running this evening.

          I walked 3 miles and did 30 minutes of YogaX. Just needed to do something to keep my muscles loose since I did so much yesterday.

            Jogged 6.9 miles today after pigging out on pizza, meatball & sausage and beer last night.

                I did my personal trainer's work-out yesterday. My shoulder is still a bit stiff but the 6 days off sure helped as I was able to do the shoulder weight exercises and the push-ups. I have now booked a BD session for April 26th so the extra motivation is in!

                  Logged 5.2 miles this morning. Haven't made great progress this month and really hoping the scale will tip soon.

                    I desperately need to up the toning exercises today!!! Now that I've lost some weight I can feel things jiggling more.... Okay, I'm going to go now!

                      Just finished my personal trainer routine again, for a second day in a row. I have a session with him this Thursday so need to show him I can easily do the current weights!
                      Shoulder is still hurting, but improving...
