Have you exercised today?

So I started doing weights first then cardio. I read in my mag that this is better for weight loss. If you are training for a marathon though do cardio first. I also read for you girls that don't like to lift weights that it takes 40 minutes of lifting to benefit! I set my timer just in case I want to quit!

No weights for me today because I was too sore from yesterday. So, I did 7 miles on the treadmill in 90 minutes. So tired!

I woke up so sore this morning, so I decided not to work out. I'll wait to do it after work. I've been doing Pilates with Dennis Austin and she is really kicking my butt. I can't believe that I've already lost a couple of inches after a week.

Sarah, 7 miles is great! I wish I could get myself to stay on the treadmill that long!

 

I did turbojam this morning, but kind of half a**, only because I woke up feeling sick and was having a hard enough time breathing, I didn't want to make it worse.

 

I'm feeling a little better now, so I'll probably try to do the treadmill tonight, just in case I feel even sicker tomorrow and can't do anything.

Aww, I hope you feel better soon Jill! Make sure to take it easy for a couple days and let your body recuperate.
