I love it because I can do it at home and its idiot proof :-). I bought 2 sets of weights and a big ab ball and I do everything on those 2 pieces of equipment. I will eventually be adding a step too, but I haven't had the time to go shopping yet. The basis of the workout is circuit training. There are 5 circuits with 2 strengh training excercise and 1 cardio that you complete 2-3 times. She also provides a meal plan, but I don't have a lot of time to cook so I stick to a low-cal lean cuisine with a piece of fruit or yogurt. On my cardio days I do the Biggest Loser Cardio Max. A girlfriend of mine got me hooked and she has seen AMAZING results! Let me know if you have any other questions. I look at it this way. Its $4 a week, its one less lunch out when I'm working or just don't feel like cooking!

Didn't want to, but forced myself to go on a 35 minute run outside (in 30 degree weather..burrrr)...this forum is very motivating, I like trying to have something I can post! Keep up the hard work ladies!

I'm doing a short P90X training cycle to get ready for snowboarding in a month. It is brutal with no rest days. But after a week of it I feel good.
