Have you exercised today?

Went to 30-minute “Total Body Blast” and followed by 15-minute ABS/cool down at lunch. Had a pretty good work out and have been snacking all afternoon.

Hi everyone! I'm back :-)

So, damage from 2 weeks at an all you can eat, all you can drink resort and NO exercising: 6.5 lbs gain...

Problem is, I now have an ankle injury from all the exercising I did before we left (it started before the trip, but I ignored it...). Going to sports rehab in 10 minutes to have it looked at. Looking forward to getting back on track and lose that pesky 6.5 lbs!!!

Chanti - welcome back! hope your ankle heals soon. can't wait to see pics from the wedding!!

 

And forget exercising in Phoenix during the summer. It is miserably hot - 104 right now. We played kickball for 2 hours yesterday and I usually run afterwards, but was wiped out from the heat. Guess it's back to inside stuff. Gotta finish round 3 of P90X!
