I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video on level one with 3 lbs weights last night. Not feeling a thing this morning, guess that means I should move on to level 2 now!!!

Jogged 4.5 miles this morning before heading into the office, yoga at lunch and worked on chest after work. I was getting lazy and starting flipping through pages of magazines instead. :P

I AM FINALLY GETTING MOTIVATED TO START WORKING OUT!

 

Working full time plus taking a fulltime course load online PLUS wedding planning has causes me to PLUMP UP! So, I am going to find time in that busy day to start working out!

 

I ate a healthy breakfast and will be going to the gym straight from work! YAY!!
