Good for you Davina. I have been sick. I did my boot camp last Thursday and have not done anything since. I have a virus and a stomach bug, so I have not been able to do anything. I am hopefully going to boot camp tomorrow night though.

 

Amy, I am sooo bummed that I missed your BD pics. Can you save any and then put them on photobucket just so we can see a few? I feel like I need to see them, since I have been around since you first decided to do them and for all your working out. lol I am sure you look amazing, how can you not.

Wow Kate, 10 days. I am so excited for you. But you are right, toning is best for right now. You do need some cardio to avoid gaining any weight, but not as much as if you want to lose weight.

Heidi, 3.5 on the elliptical, dang girl. I cant look at distance because it automatically makes me feel tired.

 

Kate, Wow just one week left…. Girl I think I would be so stressed and excited this would be the danger time for me.

I’ve been doing my Transfirmer series. Actually I never really made it past the first video (I always figured if I couldn’t do the shortest video at full force I probably wasn’t ready for the longer ones). Anyway I figured what the heck lets do the next one Cardio Blast… Oh my goodness…… It blasted my butt alright. It’s really fast pace step workout, with weights, but they have segments where you do a step routine on a 14 inch step…. Its tough, but I did the best I could do today and I’m aiming to do it again tomorrow.

Yeah - I took the weekend off because I did 5 days last week. I'm going tomorrow and Tuesday for sure. Then I'm hoping to get in a workout at least Friday and Sat before the wedding. Exercise has totally become my de-stress tool so I know I'll freak if I don't go the morning before the wedding.

Hey girls,

I have been reading your posts and have been making me really motivated. I just started working out this week to get ready for everything, and my god am I sore haha, I guess thats a good thing. My goal is to run a half marathon in March (the week I get fitted for my dress) and hope to maintain that weight for the wedding. Just thought I would tell you all to keep up the good work. I ran four miles today (had to take a couple 30 second breaks though :o( Anyways I wont ramble on anymore.... but hopefully your see me on this thread a little more often!

Wow girl! smile123.gifYou are going to look and feel great for your wedding. I totally admire your goal of running half marathon. Running is not my thing, but I dont know if I could push my self to do it.

Well I did my little transfirmer this morning... and my little 48 minute workout kicked my butt going up and down smile105.gif

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
