No actually their names were Annette Roseland and Brian Call. Also have you ever seen the JC Penny ads in the bridal magazines? The ones with the LeAnn Rhymes wedding? I think she had it in a vineyard also. It's so pretty!!!

I plan to give my gifts to my guests prior to my wedding. So far I have wedding tags (I was thinking of putting a picture of my fiance & I in it), a passport holder, earphones for the plane and flip flops for each of my guests. I also found some really cute sleeping masks that I will include for the ladies. I think I will also add a piece of paper with some common Mexican phrases, water, gum and a "Don't forget to pack..." list. On my actual wedding day I will be giving out fans for the ladies.

I am making my own luggage tags from a template from a knottie. I bought clear tags that I can laminate at staples so each person will have a personalized luggage tag. Feel free to email me at [email protected] if you would like the template. I plan on mailing the luggage tags when people rsvp with a little welcome package to get them excited for the trip. I am going to put ; jamaica brochures, a little 25 cent tropical calendar from Micheal's craft store and a mini rum cake from Rum Cake Fairy bakes gourmet dessert cakes nestled in a hand-crafted keepsake hatbox for all occasions and gift giving that will be decorated in my welcome package.

Great idea of giving the gifts beforehand. I originally wanted to leave a beach bag in each room with towel, flip flops, and sunscreen. But, they will probably pack those with them anyways. I was also thinking of cup insulators so that our drinks won't get warm too quickly on the beach. Does that sound lame?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
