Hi folks! My name is Angeline and my finace and I are getting hitched at the RIU Ocho Rios in Jamaica on April 8 2008! It's coming fast! I joined the forum because I was doing some online searching and the forum had the answers to most of my questions, specifically those about the ROR. So I'm pretty psyched to join in on the conversations!

Well, I didn't think I had a lot left but as I keep thinking things keep piling up. I have this weekend off so I'm hoping to get a lot out of the way this weekend, most importantly, my FH's attire and our rings. My BM hasn't been super cooperative but we still have to get her dress too. I also would like to figure out some favors but the budget's getting tighter and tighter...

Welcome. I'm getting married in ocho rios myself but not at the ROR we stayed there last xmas it is a beautiful resort. We are staying at the SGJ because they have the longest beach in Ocho Rios. The beach is very important to us. We like to walk the beach. You will find a lot of useful information on this site. Good luck with your planning,
