  1. @@ashhtayy that does seem really odd!! I don't have too much experience with this. We did have several of our guests book land only but right from the beginning. We did hold 6 rooms at the land only quote when we put down our deposit so we never actually needed more. Do you have any rooms that you held with the flight that you could convert to land only? The only problem is that I think it has to be the same duration so if your package with the flight is for 7 nights the land only would have to be for 7 nights as well, otherwise you do have to go back to Transat for another quote. Is your TA having any trouble getting answers from Transat at all? Our TA was amazing but I do have a lot of complaints about our Transat rep.
  2. @@vancouverpetunia Your dress is so pretty!!! Yay for custom (clearly I'm biased though )! Love the shoes and the belt too!! I agree with Kim, you may want to do an updo for your hair especially if it doesn't hold curl well. My maids of honour both wanted their hair down (neither of them like their hair fully up) but the ladies at the spa were really hesitant and warned them about the humidity and wind. They both ended up getting an updo and were very happy about it once we were out in the heat! That being said I have seen some brides leave their hair down and it looks beautiful...maybe depending on the time of year? I also was nervous to have a shower or a fancy bachelorette. I didn't want people to spend more money than they were already to come to the wedding BUT my maids of honour insisted and were kinda sad initially when I suggested not having one. They really wanted to plan the event and so I let them go to town. I didn't really ask for help in planning the wedding so this was their way of being a part of the process. I think if you have people offering to host it - let them! This means their excited to help out with your wedding. For my shower it was a mixture of people - some were coming to the wedding and others were not and that was a nice way for them to celebrate with me. Wine and Spice sounds really fun! My maids asked everyone to bring something for the wedding night....they forgot they invited my 90 grandma lol!!!
  3. @@dinar Yes, we loved it! We also did the Brides Dress Rehearsal in September before our January wedding and that helped a lot. Why we chose Azul Fives: - Family Friendly (we had 9 kids in our group) - Good food (we love good food and several of our guests don't drink so we knew food had to be a top priority) - A la carte Weddings (most resorts have set packages that only included up to 20-25 guests and that just didn't work with our budget. Although you can spend a fortune on a Karisma wedding, if you are careful you can have a beautiful wedding on a budget) - Boutique sized resort (not a huge resort but big enough that it has different areas for people to explore) - The price was right (we paid $1630 flying from Toronto Jan 6-13- flight included) The cons: - Lobby (we've been to some resorts with really grand entrances that really make a first impression. Azul Fives in comparison is a little underwhelming but this was really not a big deal to us) - New section (if you're in the new section on the property it is a bit far from the beach and some restaurants. If you have guests with mobility issues this might be something to consider requesting a villa in the older section.) - Golf carts (if you need transportation for guests, it does take a while to get a golf cart....although as the bride myself I never had to wait on the wedding day! ) I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
  4. hahaha! @@acw271011 hence the emoticons ....yea that was my reaction too when I looked it up! It is definitely out of our price range for sure but it is a nice pipe dream!
  5. @ I know right?! One of the Azul Fives brides honeymooned there...I fell in love with her photos! Although I checked out of curiosity the price point for our wedding dates ...I quickly fell back in love with Azul Fives haha!
  6. OMG @ YES!! All the time!! lol! I kept talking about it on our honeymoon every time we passed by it on the highway!
  7. @@acw271011 winter sounds good to me and a year from now will be like an anniversary trip - perfect timing! haha I'm always happy going to Mexico! I'm up for adults only if others are.
  8. I really do love this idea!! I think it would be so much fun! Maybe couples? I know I've been chatting you all up to Sean that he would love to finally meet you all and plus might be kinda of fun for the husbands to get to know each other! Now we always know the hardest part is picking the location...haha how do we go about this...all of our favourite places on a roulette wheel??lol!
  9. @@dinar Welcome and congrats on your upcoming wedding! I can't comment on Dreams Riviera or Now Jade as I haven't been to either BUT I did just come back from my wedding at Azul Fives and LOVED it!! Let me know if you have any specific questions. I would type in Azul Fives in the search field and there will be a ton of threads that pop up (probably not so much in the actual 'review' section). There is a ton of info on Azul Fives on this site as many brides have been married there. Food was a big thing that drew me to Azul Fives - my husband and I love food too plus we had some guests who are not drinkers so we knew we wanted to make sure we could offer a resort with high quality food.
  10. @@4thelongHALL Congrats on your engagement and upcoming wedding! Where are you travelling from? US...Canada...somewhere else? I just got back from my wedding at Azul Fives just 15 min from Playa del Carmen! Our guests who flew from Toronto (flight & taxes included) for 7 days paid $1630. I'm not sure what the price would be now with the dollar being low (that is IF you are Canadian) but you would get a better rate in June than in January for sure. Is your $4500 budget just for the wedding itself at the resort or does that include travel costs, wardrobe, gifts etc? To give you an idea about our wedding we paid just under $3000 (USD) for the wedding including the outside vendor fee for our photographer but this doesn't include the cost for photography itself or other things like my dress, gifts, decor we brought from home. Also if you don't have one already I would get a great Travel Agent working with you. They will be your guide to finding the perfect resort for you. P.S. the Tiffany blue will look amazing by the ocean!
  11. Congrats on your engagement @@KitCat! I couldn't agree with Kim (@calgarybride2015) more! That price is going to be very tricky especially coming from Vancouver, although I haven't been to PV mostly visited the Mayan Riviera side. Agreed - a last minute deal will likely offer you something similar in price but definitely wouldn't be able to hold a group block for your guests. I think $1500 is probably reasonable with the low dollar and time of year, if you're flexible on the resort type. I would avoid May as it is the busiest month for weddings (according to the WCs and my photographers) so the price may jump because of that. I just had my wedding on Jan 9th - we were flying from Toronto and booked just before the dollar really started tanking but we did book at a 5 star resort and were going in relatively high season. We paid $1630 which was a great price, our west coast guests paid around $1800. Like Kim said finding a good TA is definitely a must! They will help you source out all this pricing and find the best fit for your wedding and your group! Happy planning!
  12. @@calgarybride2015 surprisingly we did eat quite a bit of it. The room service arrived and everyone (minus sean) woke up and then we all just started laughing as he unloaded all of the food onto the table. So we all sat there half asleep eating burgers and club sandwiches at 3am. I was still on my wedding planning sleep schedule so I was fairly alert! haha As for the names yes, our TA sent them out and kept saying to check it over and I reminded everyone to look. One couple checked theirs several times but even they missed the spelling mistake on their own names. None of them were obvious errors - you had to really check over it to see it (which they should have done though). One guy just didn't check it until 3 days before we left....sigh. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink... @ I know the USD ....so terrible. We were so lucky they found it for us! It was especially stressful because we had to pay our videographer the balance in cash ....so it was a large amount. Option Plus was awesome!! On our flight home though we were so booze'd out that we actually turned down the additional drink. We offered it to the girl beside us but she also declined as she was coming home from a destination wedding herself! lol!
  13. Flight The flight was good! We check in online the night before – we already had our seats with option plus and then told our guests where we were so that they could choose seats near us if they wanted to. Naturally our super cute 3 ½ yr old flower girl wanted to sit between us and of course we said yes! We were having fun until she had her cup of apple juice on her tray and forgot about it and tipped the tray back up. We had a bit of an apple juice clean up emergency. Haha! Actually all of our kids from our group were amazing on the plane! We had lots of champagne, snacks and another drink with Option Plus…Sean and I were a little fuzzy by the time we landed. First Few Days in Mexico The days leading up to the wedding were busy but good. We got in pretty late the first night so we just had time for dinner and drinks. My friend from Australia had left me a note at reception so I was reading it as we were checking in and then she came up and surprised me! We haven’t seen each other in a couple of years so that was a pretty great moment just as we arrived! Most of the families put their kids to bed pretty quickly after a long day of travelling so it was mostly our guests without kids at our welcome drinks (which is what we figured would happen). We had our welcome drinks at the Cantina and it was perfect! It isn’t a huge bar but it has such a great vibe! We used the inside and the outdoor patio for our group. It was great to just grab a drink, relax and get everyone acquainted with each other. The only draw back with the Cantina at Azul Fives is that it closes pretty early at 11pm but we just moved over to the Gin Bar after that and kept the party going. As the party was winding down a small group of us went back to our room. We showed them our sky suite and had some more drinks. My MOH decided to order room service (of course during the busiest time…when everyone has the late night munchies) and while we were waiting for it…everyone fell asleep!!! Hahaha! I started to unpack all of our stuff during that time. What we didn’t realize was just how much she ordered. This is what showed up at my door… ...this was for 5 people. lesson - do not order room service drunk ladies and gentlemen The next day we had our onsite coordinator meeting (I’ll get into more details in my review) but it went very smoothly and I think was only 45 min. The set up document I sent them ahead of time really helped move things along! We also met Sean’s dad and his wife who checked in that day. Transat messed up and booked them for Feb 6-13 and NOT Jan!!! After some stressful moments we figured it out and they were able to get them a 1 bedroom suite like they wanted. They brought us an entire suitcase full of gifts (so sweet of them) and really wanted us to open them all up that day so we then proceeded to have a fashion show of all the gifts. Lol! Other than that we were able to squeeze in some beach time! Hooray! Not too bad on our first full day there. We had some offsite guests come in for the day and we all hung out at the beach –it was awesome! Friday we had our rehearsal ceremony, my rehearsal hair and make up and our rehearsal dinner so it was a very busy day! Ironically our groomsmen who were complaining the most about having to be at a rehearsal ceremony were the first ones to show up! My sister in law who was also a bridesmaid was staying off resort with her husband. They were supposed to come to Azul Fives for the full day on Friday and Saturday. We sent out the email to our bridal party letting them about the events they were needed for on those two days a couple months before the wedding. For some reason my sister in law and husband decided to book an excursion on the Friday….why that day??– I’m not sure! Surprisingly I was very calm about it. I was definitely a little annoyed that she wasn’t there for the rehearsal ceremony but I knew there was nothing I could do to change it and we just went with it. I have to say once I got to mexico I was very good about just going with the flow. I think it made Sean a little nervous with my Type A personality haha! The rehearsal dinner had a couple little glitches here and there but overall went well and we had a good time. The best part was when someone broke a glass by accident and one of the kids in our group yelled our “TEQUILA!!” – the entire room burst out laughing!
  14. After the wedding... Before I get into my full review on how it all went...here are some thoughts, reflections and funny stories on what went down! Leading up to Departure Things were hectic and fairly stressful. I alternated between feeling really relaxed that everything was coming together and enjoying downtime during the holidays with friends and family to feeling completely panicked that time was slipping away and we had so much to do! Sean was a saint for dealing with my roller coaster emotions! By the time we were just about to leave was when people were finally reading my posts and reminders I had sent out ages ago and were now asking a million and one questions in the 11th hour! So on top of trying to finish all of our tasks our phones were ringing off the hook and we were rushing around and inevitably made some mistakes….like forgetting our US cash at a friend’s house!!! This was probably the most stressful thing that happened leading up to our departure. We went to a friend’s place for new years eve (out of town no less) but that day happened to be the only day we had time to get to the currency exchange place right before we left the city. It was all put away safely in a zipper pocket…I don’t know what happened but I must have gone in there to get something and forgot to zip it back up. Well the envelope fell out of my purse. The worst part was that I didn’t even notice it until our friend called us asking if we were missing money. I panicked and frantically searched for it. I don’t even want to think about what would have happened if we didn’t notice until we got to Mexico. That night we got back in the car and drove all the way back to our friend’s house- 2 hrs each ways to get our US cash. Oh well – it was all good in the end! We also had a couple of guests realize that there were spelling mistakes on their e-documents just before leaving so we had to get that sorted out quickly. I’ll go into that more in my full review. Sean’s brother and sister in law came into town two days before we left for Mexico. The plan was to go meet them for brunch and give Sean’s brother his gift. Well this didn’t happen….they were completely understanding of how crazy things were leading up but I was disappointed that we couldn’t make it work plus now we had to pack his gift which took up a lot of luggage space – lol! The night before leaving we decided we would stay at a friend’s place who lives a lot closer to the airport so that our taxi ride wouldn’t be too expensive. The later it got in the evening the more we realized we probably wouldn’t make it to our friend’s place. I was getting tired, frustrated and hungry and had a little melt down that night. I was worried that we had too much to pack, that we wouldn’t get to our friend’s place in time and that our vows would be terrible because we hadn’t finished them before flying out. Sean was really patient with me and told me to drop everything and off we went for dinner. We went out for a nice meal and just tried to forget about everything and just focus on us. It really helped! In the end we decided that we would just get up early in the morning and drive out to our friend’s place, leave the car and take a taxi to the airport from there. We were under the baggage weight anyway so Sean just said that we should bring a couple of extra suitcases to fit everything since we wouldn’t have to pay. I know it is totally logical but in the moment I was so stressed and didn’t want to bring more than I really needed with me, but it did make the most sense. As for our vows we decided that when we got home from dinner we would finish packing and then just work on our vows until we were happy with them. We stayed up really late but it was kind of fun doing that together with some wine at 3am – haha! We didn’t fully complete them but we got them to a point where we weren’t stressing about them as we left for Mexico. The next day we got up super early, had a nice breakfast just the two of us and then drove to our friend’s place to drop off the car. We prebooked our taxi and they gave us a flat rate which was nice. We got to the airport nice and early and went straight to the option plus line for air transat. We were there so early that we really didn’t need to since no one was in the line up. We had 4 checked suitcases, 2 carry ons, 1 garment bag, 1 purse and 1 backpack with us. Our checked baggage came to 132 lbs just 1 lb under the limit!! Score! By the time we got to our gate we were getting texts and phone calls of people leaving to get to the airport or those who were already on their way from other cities! It was pretty exciting! Slowly all of our guests arrived and we had a group of 30 people with us. As soon as they started boarding I made a beeline for the priority line to make sure I had an overhead bin for my dress. I met another bride sitting right in front of us and so we both shared the overhead bin and we guarded it from the other passengers – lol! Off we went to Mexico!!
  15. @@Wafflesmom Have an amazing time!! So so excited for you!! Can't wait to see photos! Sean and I just got home late last night and I want to go back already and do it all over again!
  16. @@ashhtayy I forgot to mention in my last post that Sean and his guys wore grey and you couldn't see any major sweat marks. lol! We went with a medium grey, all the guys were in grey pants and white shirts and Sean in the same with a grey vest. We brought an extra white shirt as well as undershirts but didn't need it in the end.
  17. I just had my wedding at Azul Fives last Saturday and it was amazing!! I will definitely post a full review when I return from my honeymoon but just wanted to say quickly how great it was. There several weddings during my week and all of the brides I met on the resort were very happy with their weddings!
  18. @@ashhtayy I'm just catching up on the threads tonight as Sean (my husband!! so fun I can say that now) naps..haha. We had a lot of sun today and a really nice candlelight dinner so we're a bit wiped. I'll go over a bunch of these things in my review and we can chat more about it in person at the GTA meet up but here are some of my thoughts. Hair & Make Up - I think 11am is perfect timing - just to confirm this is just for hair and make up? Either way you should be fine but I did my hair, make up and mani and pedi all on the day of my wedding. I started at 10am and my wedding was at 4:30pm but our first look was at 3:00pm. We had enough time to have lunch in between. I was a bit late to the first look but that wasn't due to the spa lol! I had 3 bridesmaids do hair and make up and 1 bridesmaid just do hair the same day. We all had staggered times but it worked out. I did my trials the day before and asked if they could just change it slightly for the rehearsal dinner. They actually gave me an completely new hairstyle without any extra charge. The spa is really amazing at what they do and so lovely. I had Andrea and she was fantastic but all of my bridesmaids loved their hair and make up from their various stylists. One thing to note about the free spa package (GIVC/GIWC) is that they do charge you for tax and tip on all the services for the rehearsal, actual hair and make up for the day and the mani/pedi. I wasn't aware of this and was a little surprised but I still think it was totally worth it. They charge in pesos as well so don't be alarmed with the number lol! Rehearsal dinner & ceremony - I really wanted to know ahead of time about the rehearsal ceremony too but like you said they won't know until you get there with the schedule. Since we had our wedding on the terrace we had to work around other people's cocktail hours as it is a popular location for that. We ended up doing our rehearsal ceremony at 1pm the day before the wedding. We scheduled it at the onsite meeting and the WC meets you and is great at walking everyone through where they need to be and when. As for the rehearsal dinner you will be totally fine without decor. The only thing I would suggest is that if you have kids in your group to make sure you go over the kids menus. This was the only thing that really went wrong but even that wasn't a huge deal. I asked at the onsite meeting how this would be organized. As they recommended I had all of the selections done ahead of time but they coordinators were worried about kid's seeing other kid's choices and wanting something else which is totally reasonable. I asked if they could just take the orders in the moment but they said the wait time from placing the order to delivering the food would take too long compared to the adults who already have the set menu. I had made kid's menus ahead of time to help with this but they said they didn't need them. I should have gone with my gut instinct and used them anyway because when it came time to serving the meals the servers didn't know which kid had ordered what meal and the parent's couldn't remember either because they had made their selections so far in advance. Sean ended up running back to the room to get the menus I made and handed them out (he could tell I was a bit stressed about seeing the kids waiting for their food and getting the wrong meals). The servers did make it up to us but that was just a little bump in the road during our amazing wedding week. I would also suggest thinking about a seating plan for the rehearsal dinner. This completely slipped our minds and we didn't think about it at all and everyone was a little confused as to where to sit when they arrived. That was a mistake on our part, we should have thought about this a little more. We used our full 40 people for the semi-private dinner so it was a large group to arrange on the fly. Ceremony decor - they will definitely leave the decor up you just have to let them know you want it that way. I asked for all of my ceremony flowers to be transferred over to our reception location and they did it no problem. Wedding activities - like the other ladies have mentioned you will definitely run into people especially at Azul Fives but it is helpful to create either a whatsapp group or Facebook group to just let everyone know where you'll be. People will want to find you so they will be appreciative of the info. We did informal drinks at the Cantina on the first night, the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding, the wedding and then an informal farewell breakfast. Outside of that we would just let everyone know where we were going for drinks that night or if we were by the pool or beach during the day. You'll find some will love the beach and infinity pool and others will love the lazy river pools and the new pool in the Essence section. Everyone does their own thing but it does just work itself out. Can't wait to finally meet you in person in a couple of weeks and I can give you the full details in person!
  19. Hi ladies! Sorry I haven't been on here in a while! It's been busy but amazing!! I'm just laying on a poolside bed at El Dorado Casitas Royale enjoying honeymoon bliss! I'll do a full review when I return home but just wanted to check in quickly to let you all know it went amazingly!! We loved every moment of our wedding. We had some rain the last two days but our wedding day was perfect and we're sitting in the sun now so we can't ask for anything more! Here's a little sneak peak!
  20. @@acw271011 your video is so beautiful!! We loved using mike as well. I was actually just talking to him about you yesterday. 21. Hi Ladies! So it's been a crazy couple of days full of excitement, nerves and a couple of mini meltdowns. Who said planning a destination wedding is less stressful?? lol! Anyway we're here at the airport and we've had a lovely morning so far. We got here nice and early so that we wouldn't be stressed and that we could greet all of our Toronto guests. I thought I would have tons of unused weight for our checked baggage....well we checked 132 lbs total!! 6 suitcases 2 carry ons 1 purse 1 backpack 1 garment bag Will try and update as much as I can! Now to take it all in slowly and enjoy the trip!

We listened to our entire playlist over the last two days and it got us really excited for the wedding!!) -Finish vows -Continue to hand out welcome bags to Toronto guests (down to 3 left to hand out!! woohoo!) -Keep packing!!!! - Print reference hair and make up photos off pinterest - Write thank you cards for bridal party and thank you speech for reception (I've finished my bridesmaids cards, Sean has two left to write and we have a first draft of our thank you speech) - Confirm hair and make up appointments for bridesmaids with AF (they have been pending for a while now) -Print reserved signs for ceremony -Send out email reminder for our virtual wedding - remind our guests not coming that they can watch it -Send out one last email/facebook update to our guests with a simple must have checklist Dec 29 - Renew our license plates! Take our niece to the museum. Dinner plans. Dec 30 - Meet with our friend about wedding music, exchange US money & pick up dress! Dinner plans Dec 31 - Buy groomsmen gifts! New Years Eve Jan 2 - lunch with my mom (we want to spend sometime with her before we leave). Finish cards, speeches and vows. Jan 3 - Mani/Pedi with Maids of Honour. Skype meeting with our sound guy to edit music. Sit down with our friend who will be acting as DJ for the wedding. Jan 4 - pick up dress - FINALLY!!! Exchange more money for other people (helping out some of our Calgary guests who don't have time to order pesos from the bank.) Jan 5 - brunch with Sean's brother and sister in law. Jan 6 - we leave for Mexico!!! Other updates: Robes This was one thing I was really on the fence about from day one. I love the look of them but wasn't sure if I really "needed" all my girls in matching robes. I got them all sarongs that I thought they could use more on the trip to go with their other gifts but the more I saw photos of bridesmaids in robes from other weddings the more I wanted them. It finally hit me a couple of weeks ago. I was up late one night and just decided to see what was on easy and if I could even get them in time. I found the great vendor and I loved the robes she had. There was a christmas sale on and it said they ship in 3-4 days. I messaged her to make sure it would arrive in time (I told her I was leaving on Jan 1 - I thought if she can guarantee it for then, I still had an extra 5 days in case it is delayed). She said she could get it to me by Dec 29th and sure enough that is exactly the day they arrived. She also offered 5 different shades of blue which fit perfectly with my palette and this way each bridesmaid gets her own colour. I'm so happy I decided to get these last minute. I think my girls will love them! Here they are: I got them from Sandy Waters on Etsy. She was so great to deal with and got back to me right away even though I messaged her at 4:00am. My wedding dress: With all the little changes I've made and the multiple rounds of alterations, I'm really glad I went the custom route, otherwise I would have paid through the nose for alterations separately!! I went back this week for a fitting on the 30th but it was still bunchy up so we had to shorten the waist. The width was fine but the length of the torso was a bit too long. I'm glad this happened because my maid of honour came with me and took pics. I went home and after looking at them for a while I wasn't really happy with the placement of the straps at the back of the dress. I felt like the way they were placed made me look broader and I already have broad shoulders. I haven't been able to see the dress straight on from the back until now since I've been going to my last couple of fittings alone. I wrote my designer really late on the 30th and asked if we could move the straps and she said she could do it no problem. I went back on the 31st and adjust the straps and I'm so happy I said something. My designer even agreed that she liked it better this way. With the stat holiday I won't be able to pick up my dress until Monday but that's ok, we've worked it into our schedule for the day. @@vancouverpetunia I totally understand being nervous about going custom and having to trust a stranger with your vision. Don't worry - it will all work out! If the final product isn't quite what you want, say something - remember, it is a custom dress so don't worry about making little changes here and there to achieve your dream dress. I've often felt nervous about changing my mind about certain aspect but in the end it was never a big deal to make the adjustment and now I'm so much happier with the final product. Here is my dress! I realized I haven't posted any pics of it since it was first made but when it was really big on me (and now it has the bling as well).
  23. @@Smellsey I wonder if that was with cloud 9 which they have phased out I think. It's now option plus unless you upgrade to club class. For your guests it would be 44 lbs not 66 lbs. 66lbs is only for those with option plus. We should be fine with 66lbs each though.
  24. 8 sleeps until we leave for Mexico!!!!! To do list... -Finish set up document for Azul Fives (Still need to add a couple more things and it will be ready to go! Really trying to get this done today!) -Exchange US money!! (going tomorrow between our music meeting and dress pick up) -Send out my gift for my TA (It's all packaged and ready to go!) -Finish groomsmen gifts (I think we settled on ideas - half spa gift certificates for massages and half blue tooth speakers. Purchasing on Thursday!) -Finish seating chart (my original DIY project was a bit of a fail on this one so we're working on plan B. this is Sean's project today! ) -Get playlist back from our friend who is putting it all together for us (meeting with our friend on Wed to go through how to use the music app.) -Finish vows -Continue to hand out welcome bags to Toronto guests (down to 4 left to hand out!! woohoo!) -Keep packing!!!! - Print reference hair and make up photos off pinterest - Buy a couple more small frames - Write thank you cards for bridal party and thank you speech for reception (I've finished my bridesmaids cards, Sean has two left to write and we have a first draft of our thank you speech) - Confirm hair and make up appointments for bridesmaids with AF (they have been pending for a while now) Dec 27 - Extended Family Christmas Dinner Dec 28 - sit down to write thank you cards and speech (evening) Dec 29 - Renew our license plates! Take our niece to the museum. Dinner plans. Dec 30 - Meet with our friend about wedding music, exchange US money & pick up dress! Dinner plans Dec 31 - Buy groomsmen gifts! New Years Eve Jan 3 - Mani/Pedi with Maids of Honour Jan 6 - we leave for Mexico!!! Small signs I finished yesterday. They are a bit plain but at this point I just need something with the info. If I have time left over I might jazz up the formatting. One is for our favours (the dictionary magnets and the other with our hashtag info) Air Transat - Option Plus Baggage Allowance I was starting to confuse myself with what is allowed so I called last night to verify I understood it correctly. For anyone travelling with Air Transat here it is: 22 lbs - carry on (per person) **This does NOT include your garment bag for your wedding dress or your personal item - ie. your purse 66 lbs - checked baggage (per person) you can have multiple pieces (no limit) as long as it is under 66 lbs total Hope this helps!
