What are you walking down the Aisle to?
nicc80 replied to reevesbride's topic in Wedding Music & Entertainment
Going with violinists so I am assuming we are all set. Anyone else considering this for the ceremony music? -
I am taking place card holders and maracas... I want her to set it up if possible, of course she isn't responding to my emails even though my wedding is in a week or so. I don't know why she is picking now. Anyway I want to relax when I get there. It so hectic right now I just want to be done. How much is the set up fee anyone know??? I am doing cocktails with apps... I think its totally worth it. People will be hungry and need entertainment while you take pics and they set up for dinner. Apps are sometimes the most memorable treats... ANyone doing extra desserts or a dessert table with the cake? xoxox Nicole

Thanks CriCri definitely the first picture I have seen of any appetizers. We were thinking mexican as well. What did you choose for dinner? Does anyone have pictures of the reception at the gazebo? I had found one but I lost it and I am trying to figure out where everyone will be standing during our first dance. We will have the dinner pool side and use the gazebo as a dance floor. Where do you think everyone stands while you dance? thanks- Nicole

Okay wedding departure date is now 2 weeks exactly from today. I enjoy the excitement, but then recall all that I still have to do. My fiancé and I are taking dance lessons... just a little bonus we are enjoying together before we go. Our first song is a waltz. However she asked how much room we will have in the gazeb Does anyone happen to know about how big it is? It doesn't' really look like 30 people will fit in there! Dancing seems challenged. Can anybody help?

We are doing a Symbolic ceremony as well. We are writing vows... my fiancé really wants to speak from the heart. I am a little nervous about this... I suggest asking your planner who to go about it. I have no idea how long/short to make it, but I hear the ceremony is short. I will let you know if I find out anything else. Do you have any specific questions about it?

Hi Sharon, I know I have already commented on how great your welcome bags came out. Just wondering if you could possibly PM or email me with the welcome book you attached. I am a little blocked as far what to do there... or what to write [email protected] Quote: Originally Posted by Sharon99 I finally finished my bags & books. I do have some questions for brides that have already married or are really close Did you buy special carry cases for your wedding dresses? Did you print off special menues? If so, did you now what you were eating ahead of time? Do you ladies think the bride or Maid need a bag/clutch for reception? I am thinking no Thanks for all your help so far!

cake flavors?
nicc80 replied to kbrandriet's topic in Destination Wedding in Riviera Maya, Cancun & surrounding areas
Thanks Cri Cri, I keep worrying the food at the wedding (that we pay extra for) won't seem different or special from what they can eat in the restaurants or buffet. Is there a buffet at this resort other than for breakfast? We would like to do the private dinner for 2 as well. would you recommend it? What did you think of the surf and turf? Did you do any type of rehearsal dinner with your guests?
