    Hi I am planning a wedding for July 2012. I am looking at the Royal Playa del Carmen and others. I don't fully understand bloging, but think the info is so useful. I don't know how to get recent info or find it if anyone has posted the same as I did. Any advice on this place would be much appreciated. I am running into trouble looking for entertainment at night (dancing) at a classy place such as this. I am not much for theatre shows. thanks anxious bride niccc80

    Hi, just wanted to follow up. My FI and I did decide on the Windjammer for our wedding. We are finally excited about it. It is pretty pricy once you add flight so... it had us debating whether we wanted to ask that of our guests. But we know it is once in a lifetime. Kirk, thanks for your post. I didn't see anything on their website about chef/groceries at the 4 bedroom villa. We are getting a 2 bedroom villa for ourselves that week. -one room for the dress:) You are a photographer? Do you work for this resort or the resort? Thanks again Nicole

    LilyRose, thank you so much for your post. I am planning on getting married next July at the Windjammer. The north part of the island. Your pictures are great and I'd love to hear more about that photographer and your welcome bag (especially the airplane one). You look so beautiful. Thanks for the comment on hair. I have hair that does frizz and was considering half up styles which may not be wise. Also the comment on the veil is something not a lot of brides talk about. If you could post some more details I think all the Saint Lucia brides would love it. Thanks again nicole

    Hi I am getting married in Saint Lucia (I think) at the WJL. The flight is long and not cheap. It is really making me worry,but the resort looks amazing.

    Hi everyone, I am new to this blog and blogging in general. I am considering a Saint Lucia wedding in 2012. I am still looking at Saint Lucia and other islands. I am not sure. However I need an ALL INCLUSIVE resort. My family will be lost with out one. I don't want it to be cheesy, but I am having a really hard time finding a middle ground between cheesy 3 1/2 resort and $$$. Does anyone know of a classy all inclusive to get married at in Saint Lucia that wont break the bank for the guests??? Nicole

    Hi my name is Nicole and I am possible Saint Lucia Bride. I am very interested in the island. I am looking for a nice 4 star resort or villa style place to have about 40 guests maybe. I am still not sure on anything. Places are expensive, but I want it to be a nice resort since I plan on having my wedding there. I love what I have researched on Saint lucia so far,but I am afraid the beaches will disappoint. Also it could be very buggy. The Windjammer looks amazing. Nicole

    How did you do with your search. I am looking at two of the places you mentioned, but for July. I would love any feedback you have since it is not in our budget to tour the hotels.

    Hello all, I am new to this site and am on the hunt for a destination. I have had Antigua in mind, but there are not that many real wedding samples from this location. I am also very interested in the Veranda and it looks great to so far. The biggest fear is that the food will be mediocre. My family is pretty lade back but food is important for our culture and for the big day. I'd love any feed back. Also I am looking to have a beach wedding. Any thoughts?
