Yah booking Marcia Roberts for my photographer, now that my date issue is resolved woo hoo. I wasn't going to have a photographer but then I thought about it and I want the pics really bad and I got her for a great price too. Today is GREAT

I heard back from the manager, Donnalee, and Chandlyn yesterday and wedding date is backon the 22nd the day I booked and wanted so i am very happy. My time has changed to 2:30 but that is no big deal I am just happy to have my wedding date back

Wow it's been a week today and still nothing they are clearly avoiding me now that's for sure. I honestly am having second thoughts about getting married here now with this negativity. I don't know if I can get out of it with out losing deposits.

Wow great britain they actually responded to you, still nothing for me they clearly have got my emails then and are avoiding me . I emailed the manager about my issue. Hopefully it will get resolved soon. I was really hoping to get an answer before the week-end looks like it's not going to happen.

This is what I sent this will be my last email I am still waiting for a response I cannot believe after being confirmed I would be told that my wedding date has been changed and no one responds to my Fiancé's voicemails or to my two emails. This is suppose to be the happiest day of my life and it's an absolute nightmare now. Something needs to be done to rectify this immediately. This is very unprofessional to treat a bride this way not only do I get delivered horrible news but then on top of that making me wait for over two days now for a response about the biggest day of my life. This is heart wrenching to say the least. My anxiety level is through the roof and no one has the courtesy to return our calls or emails. This issue needs a response immediately. I am trusting you to deal with a huge day in my life I hope you have enough common courtesy to get back to me today.

I'm at work and don't get home till after 4:00pm maybe that is why I can't get ahold of anyone. I can't call long distance from work especially Jamaica I guess I have to wait till saturday when I'm not working unless somene know the manager's email address. I called the 1-800 number andgot the run around so I called my travel agent and hopefully she can resolve this issue.

Well still no answers my FI has called Jamaica now twice. I have heard no response to my emails even though yesterday they have responded to a couple of the girls here on the forum. I think they are avoiding me I went on th website I think i may have to go to the manager or something I just didn't want to cuz problems or they may make it worse for me

Thanks everyone I am trying to stay positve. I keep wandeing will I still get the photographer I wanted? the gazebo for my recepetion? the Dolce Vita? I had evrything almost set and now this. My fiance left a messag last night for Chandlyn and I have not heard from them since I sent my email telling them the have ruined my wedding. I wander if it's cuz I have not paid a deposit yet and maybe someone with more money is paying for their wedding instead of the free one I am driving myself crazy I just want answers and have a hard time being patient right now.

I'm not sure yet, I emailed her from work today and have not heard back I am calling them as soon as I get home. I am so very upset I loved my wedding date 11-22-11 and now I am not sure If I will still get my photographer too.

The date she had was nov 25th she even had two time slots for the 22nd and now it's unavailable it's because she booked reservations after me. They really need to get on the ball when it comes to people getting married.

Well Donnalee screwed up everything is ruined I don't even know If I want to get married at this resort. see email. Everyone is leaving the next day so no one is going to want to party or celebrate they will be thinking of packing to go home the night before not my wedding. Acw- wow I can't believe people would do that to you I hope it was for a very good reason if not that's just brutal. Yes they do ship to Canada but for 16 bucks wow almost triple the price of the actual sticker's maybe I will make my own too

Si it looke like I found my answer about them shipping to Canada. I am wandering how the brides are getting their stuff free and only paying shipping. Am I missing a special or coupon?

I have read some many brides talk about vistaprint can anyone tell me if they ship to Canada or if there is something similar here for Canada? Thanks so much

I do not have equal number's for groomsmen and bridesmaids so my MOH asked if we could put her boyfriend in. My FI has never met her boyfriend ever and I was totally put on the spot I just said well they have never met and it would be kinda weird.
