BeachBum ~ Did you play music during your cocktail hour? If so, did they play it for you with your cd or did you bring an ipod player. Where was your cocktail hour held? I am hoping that they can do it on the beach in the ceremony area so people will stick around for pictures.

Well, I am planning on printing my menu cards myself 1. So they will match my decor 2. Becuase I heard that sometimes Carolina does this, and sometimes she forgets or doesn't have the time. I wanted to restaurant name on the menu card, but since it seems I for sure won't get an answer on this until we get down there, my plan is to print labels with each restaurant name on them and put the labels on the cards when I arrive and find out where we will be. My wedding is in May so hopefully I can come back with all the answers to questions like this for you girls to give you some peace of mind. I probably have more questions than anybody and plan to give a thurough review.

That's what my mom said too but I still had a break down last night! There's just so much "stuff" and it's hard to see the big picture. I have it in my head, but I'm just hoping my vision is portrayed once I'm there. I hope to start piecing all of my pictures together this weekend and doing my planning thread so then it will all make sense. I have literally been ordering things since right after my engagement to pay for things all along and take advantage of sales. I have been storing a lot at my parents' house, so I start forgetting what I ordered several months ago. ...just ready to put it all in prespective. I think a lot of people don't realize how hard most DW brides work. I'm so happy for having found this site! Really!

For past brides/guests who are familiar with the Royal Suites Section.... Please look at this map and tell me which bldg numbers are the "new" bldgs which have the rooms that you see in the pictures with the modern looking furniture and marbled looking floors, not the blue columns. I also got my labels printed last night for my hand sanitizers. These are for the pocketbacs from Bath & Body Works. I bought tropical scents. My mom has volunteered to put these on for me! yay! We kind of work as a team on the DIY projects, I design and start it and she finishes it for me

Got my earring cards made last night for my Bridesmaid gift bags. I was originally going to have them wear starfish, but I found these and they were perfect. I LOVE Fleur-de-lis. It is special to my FI and I for many reasons, one being that we "re-kindled" at Mardi Gras in Lousianna. Anyway, I made a card to go with the earrings that states the symbolic meaning of it and how if reflects my FI and I (symbol of strength, two individual petals held together with a ring to creating one strong piece in the middle...cheesy I know) so I wanted them to wear it on our special day. Plus they have a blackish etching around it with a pink stone which are the colors for the wedding so this is their hint of pink since the dresses are black. The dresses come around the neck so they won't need a necklace and I ordered them monogram silver chain bracelets similiar to the Tiffany one.

I plan on shipping my OOT bags (the bags only, not the contents) because I am using market baskets and have to do 20+ of them so there is NO way we can carry them down. My resort allows us to ship ahead of time, so I plan on doing so. Everything else will be carried in suitcases.

P.s. The "Insanity" workout I told you guys I started 2 weeks ago is kicking my a**! There have been a couple of days where I physically cannot do it. My FI is handling it pretty well and seeing good results but I think it is just easier for men than women. We were supposed to do two of the workouts on Saturday, however, FI made me stop when I threw up in the middle of the first! Yikes! I am still trying to hang in there even though both my knees and ankles are killing me. I am trying "no sugars" this week to see if that will work since I have heard that is the most important thing to do when you are first starting out. Let's hope I stay strong! I want a beach body!!

This is what my mother will be wearing except we ordered it in a fuschia color and it is gorgeous on her. We are trying to get it shortened and angled but the seamstress we went to told us it isn't possible because of the way it is cut. Being a fashion major, I don't believe that it is impossible so we are going to take it somewhere else.
