  13. Hi everyone- I dont know if its just me, but I am so anxious about the "unknowing". I thought by doing a destination wedding I wouldnt be as stressed but I think its the exact opposite. I am a nervous wreck trying to plan this wedding with little to no communications from Nicole. I love this site but we are all contrbuting bits and pieces and I am so nervous about missing something.... I dont know if I feel added pressured because my FI's sister (soon to sis n law and matron of honor) just had her wedding in PR and while it was nice in the long run so many things went wrong. I had to step in an whip it her resorts coordinator into shape. And while it is not a competition the expectation for me to step my wedding up is there because i am a professional event planner..... UGH! Does anyone feel like this or is this my crazy not having control issues stepping in?... LOL!!!
  14. Nikki T. is correct, you will get a lot of useful information from the other thread, but however I can tell that in all of the paperwork it states that for 25+ guests you have to have a "private" reception. Hope this helps. Carol

  17. Hi Mittons12- I am getting married at the Suites on June 30, 2011. Have you contacted Nicole at the resort and confirmed your date? Thats the first step. That process took me about 2 weeks and when she finally got back to me there was only a few dates left for June and July. If you want more information inbox me your email address....   18. Hi my fellow Rose Hall Brides.... Someone please tell me... Is it true that the pools at the resorts close at 7:00PM? My family is going to kill me........ If so what is there to do afterwards other than eat and the disco? Is there a casino on the resort? I thought I read that there is one on a review....
  19. Yes i saw Lisa reviews also... The "dropping off' part may be the key... I know all of the paperwork and contact info says $100 vendor fee per person... I pretty much think everything is up in the air with how much pushing/negotiating you do once you get there..... I know from a previous trip to Jamaica.. Negotiating was key!!!

  21. So from what I read they are getting better... Has anyone solely used them in 2010? If so what was your experience? Â Im beating myself in the head over these "standard" vendors........
