yeah thats what I thought.. I have 2 guest not staying on the resort and they have to pay that fee also.. Oh well guess thats the trade off...

My wedding is in June 2011... I got my TA and sent out my info to guests at the end of August. Early booking rates are currently guaranteed til October 15th? The TAs have the availibility now and the site does to but the rates are ASTRONOMICAL!!! Â

Hi Everyone- Â Ive searched all over.. with Travel Agents and Mr.Iberostar.com.. Here is what I have found out.. Early booking for 2011 ends around October 15, 2010. Ive directed all of my guests to book with Liberty Travel. Their rates are about the same as everyone else. The benefit is comparison to others is the payment structure. The downpayment is only $100 per room (not guest). As long as it is paid by October 15th.. the room is guaranteed at the early booking rate. The next payment is not due until February 2011 which gives people time to save and get through the holidays and its is fully refindable if you find something better in the meantime. Here are the rates I was quoted WITHOUT AIR: (Air packages can be arranged also) Hope this info helps!!!  June 30th..  When I booked last month, I was informed the only dates they had left for June July and August was June 27th and June 30th. Its worth a try, maybe someone has cancelled.  I hear Rose Hall Beach is just as lovely and is next door. Maybe its worth hgiving them a buzz as well. Â

Hi I chose to book just my hotel through Amy. Air prices have gone up about $150pp since last week so I am going to try and wait until later to book air. I had to put down $100 per room to secure my room. Hope this helps Â

I have gotten rates from a rep at Liberty and Mr.Ibersotar.com, they seem a bit high compared to some of the ones people quoted on some of the threads. Who did you use? and do you have a block/rate reserved for your guests?

Hi Ladies- After many phone calls and emails I am FINALLY CONFIRMED to have my wedding at the Rose Hall Suites for June 2011... Â Any suggestions on how to set up room blocks and group packages? Not sure if the Suites does this? It seems to be the only question I cant get Nicole to answer. I am beating myself in the head trying to get package info together for my save the dates.. Hi Lisa.. thanks for the feedback about your wedding. It has been helpful in my final decision to book my wedding at the suites. I am now trying to prepare package information for my guests. Did your do that with your wedding? and how far in advance did you book your air and hotel?

I am SOOOO EXCITED!!!!! After many emails and phone calls I FINALLY confirmed my wedding day in June 2011 at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in Jamaica. Now I'm trying to find out rate/package information for my guests but I cant seem to get answers from the resort on how to get moving on this, and the 2011 dates are not available yet on any of the travel sites. Any suggestions from past or future Rose Hall Suites Brides?
