  1. Forgot to add that I had a mantilla veil made to match the dress that I would be willing to throw in as a gift.
  2. I am selling my most recent purchase from Babyonline. Lace wedding gown with pink silk/satin bodice and oversized bow train (the pink bow snaps in place) I am selling only because I have too many dresses. I am a street size 2-4 and am 5' 4". If anyone is interested please pm me. I'd love to find her a home.
  3. Prettypig, I love love love your pink ruffled dress. If I could figure out when I could wear a dress like this considering the number of dresses I already have, I would so order the exact same dress This one I think is my favorite of yours. Although they are all soo nice! Well Done. Ginger
  4. I bought them from a vendor on Etsy. I think her name of her company was modagegirl or something like that. 14 piece set including what I posted, pomander for my neice, two father bouts, 3 groomsman boots, groom, two mother corsages and a toss bouquet. I think it was about 450 dollars for the 14 peices. I just came home for lunch and apparently fedex was here to deliver. I missed him by 10 minutes. They will be back tomorrow . Took about 5-6 weeks and the lady that does the flowers was a sweetheart. Her name was Yvonne. If you want her contact info pm me. Ginger
  5. and here are my bridesmaid bouquets. My bouquet has three rows of rhinstones on the handle...
  6. Here is my bouquet. Real touch cream roses with crystals and feathers for my vintage wedding.
  7. Misskim So sorry to hear about the delay with your dress. A similar thing happened to me when it was sent back to the factory for more work on the beadings. However, I am happy that it went back because the changes they made def improved the dress. You can look at it like this, at least the reps and ensuring you get a quality product by making them do the dress over. I would rather them redo, than send one out that was subpar and many companies probably would not do that. They'd send it out regardless of the quality. When is your wedding? I have lots of time, but still found myself getting impatient with the time it was taking to make it. I think we have a tendancy to get anxious because we want to see it. I'm sure you will be happy with the end result because they do put out a quality product. Ginger
  8. Thanks Prettypig and JB. Sascolo - yes, I love the dress. I'm very very happy with it. I posted a few days ago when the dress arrived that I was very happy with it but took a bit to get the pics up. For less than 200 dollars, I think it is AMAZING. Especially when you consider the original Oscar de la Renta is somewhere around 10,000. I love the little changes I asked them to make and the one liberty they took with the hemline in the front. There is absolutely nothing I would change about it. Ginger
  9. Above is the inspiration dress. Sorry about the multiple posts but I couldn't get it to work any other way. Ginger
  10. I think there is some sort of a holiday in China. Prettypig can verify this. I just ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Babyonline but did request a quote from Monica Bridal. I did not hear back from her. The Monica Bridal rep is usually great to get back to people. So that tells me she is not working. On top of this, DHGate had some issues with their servers for a couple days this week, which is why we couldn't access to the site some days.
  11. Once they ship, it's really quick to get the dress. Mine was sent on Friday and I had it Wednesday. It made it to the States by Sunday. So if they can finish it and get it out to you, you will get it rather quickly. Fingers crossed for you.
  12. I'm going to post up pics this weekend - I promise. I'm trying to kick my fiancee and my puppy out for a little bit so I can get it done. They have been under foot since the day I received the dress. Ginger
  13. Okay third times a charm maybe. This site is not responding well tonight. I actually had 5 dresses but only kept 3 so prettypig is the winner. I donated my two Monica Bridal dresses to the local school board for prom season for a couple of girls who did not have the finances to buy dresses. I will wear three of them as I have two weddings days apart. Ginger
