Those boxes are so cute! Love them. We're doing OOT bags. For the at home we're either going to do little things of coffee or jerk seasoning, haven't decided yet.

I'd talk to her manager. It's frustrating dealing with TA's, mine said the dates were confirmed, so I did up the invitations beacuse she said we were good, then the day I got htem back the dates changed! And she was going to recharge me to print the cards when she said the date was confirmed. Then two weeks later it went back to the original date, but still. Everyone in our trip has to pay by Nov 16th! So I feel your pain! But beacuse of the resort me and my FI picked for the honeymoon we have to have ours paid by the 16th! In a few days our trip will be totally paid for, hurray!!! Well not off the credit card, hahahaa.

I'll have to keep checking them out, Iwent by yesterday and it was $22 a meter! Ridiculous! BUt I got cheap towels at Giant Tiger and used that to create my first one, then I"ll use a better quality on the next one once I know it doesn't look like crap. But good idea, I"ll have to keep checking it out! Beach pillows sounds so cute! What shape? Is it for the wedding or just for regular use? And I'm giving it out per couple, except for our two guy friends that are sharing a room, they're both going to get one. But in the couples ones, some items I'll give more so they can both use it sort of deal. Also great idea for the bug spray I came up with. At Mountain Equipment Co-Op I know they have it for sure, but they have Watkins insect repellant lotion, and it apparnatly works great. They have a 240ml bottle for $14, so what I'm thinking of doing is getting a bunch of small 60ml bottles from the dollarstore or walmart or something and filling them up that way, mght be cheaper then the wipes with shipping, but we will see.

Thats what I'm planning on doing too. My mom just went to Mexico and there was a bride on the plane and the flight attendant put it in the very front area and hung it up so it didn't get wrinkled. Thats my plan, I hopefully won't have to do anythign whe nI'm down. The nice thing abuot the material in the dress though is its gathered, and you can't really see the wrinkles when its on, thank goodness.

We're pretty practical too, so its not really an issue either. With the photographer me and my FI are in the same boat as your FI, we're just going with the resort photographer and their packages, just as long as we get a few nice shots I'm happy. And we both HATE getting out picture taken, so we both cringe at the thought of hours of photos being taken, hahaha.

Photographs aren't that big of a deal for me. We're going to just use the resort photographer, I think I must be the ONLY person on here that is. We have a professional photographer coming to the wedding as a guest, so sh'ell take pictrues, but other then that we don't really care. We want a nice pic of us kissing on the beach, couple during the ceremony but to spend thousands of dollars on photographs that are going to get put in a box in my basement, I can't see its worth it. I'm not really a 'picture' person thuogh, I prefer to live in the moment rather then rushing to capture it on film. It will always be in my memory and nothing else matters. And I find it hard to believe that the resort photographer won't be able to take 5 nice pictures of us out of the couple of hundred they take. Its not like we're ugly, we will be happy and smiling and I want us to look like us in the pictures. Wow that turned into a rant, hahaha. But as I said, I think I'm the only bride on this forum that is going with the resort photographer.

Ha we don't really have a budget. I know its one of the first things you're supposed to do, but we know what we like and if its cheap, if its expensive, whatever we don't have a choice. The only budget we had was for the wedding package / resort package, and thats the biggest. Beyond that, nothing.

Damn I still don't have access privledges, I am 40 posts away. Was that a catalogue of the flowers for Bahia? Does it include the basic flowers in the wedding package? Did you get it from Bev? So jealous, I'm goign to email her again right now.

I don't know what I'm going to do about flowers. I haven't seen the ones that are included in the wedding package, and I'm not very picky and I love most tropical flowers, so I'm holding out hope that they are nice, I asked Beverly for pics but she didn't get back to me. Does anybody know waht the resort flowers look like? The only flowers we're doing is bout's for the boys, and bouquets for me and my mom, other then that I'm not going to do any other flowers. What about you ladies?

I know! They are really bad. I dont know yet, there is this site I found that has a 12 pack of the wipes for $5, I can't remmeber the website though so I'll call my FI at lunch and report back in a bit, hahaha.

Don't feel bad, wiht my setting theo nly ring that can fit in with it for my wedding band is 1800, so I'm in the same boat as you. And I feel bad but then there is a part of me thats like well I'm wearing it for the rest of my life so I better like it. my FI wants to get a titanium ring, so I have to find out where to get that from. Thats a good tip though about the month for the sizing, I hope to get him off his ass right away to look!
