I hired Adrian Herrera for photgraphy and Fernando for hair and make-up. Im just going to buy them day passes. As far as decor, Im just gonna go with colored linen that they supply at the resort. I wanted to add lighting, but their packages are way too pricey. The one thing Ive learned from past DW brides is that, all that extra detail is not even worth it and of course the small details dont even matter. Extra lighting will be cool, but Im sure what they already supply will be sufficient. When you get there you can choose the decor you want. That might help you with your decision being that youll get to see what it will all look like in person.

Im suprised that he is not responding to you. When I was in communication with him, he would literally email me right away. There were probably 2 occasions where it took him a few days to get back to me, but it was no biggie. Have you tried contacting your wedding coordinator? Dulce was the one who initially got me in contact with Michell.

I have a question for past brides: Â I am planning on hiring the harpist for the ceremony, do I still need to come up with a playlist or do they have a list of songs I can choose from that they can play? Ive heard of some people having to go to "timeshare like" meetings, but thats for something totally different. If Im not mistaken, I think those meetings are for people that wish to become members of Palace resorts.

Not at all. They just bill all the charges to your room and when you check out, they deduct the vacation dollars from your bill.

Ive mentioned this before because they have great HH, I think Bakers Street Pub in Rice Village is cool. Their drinks are really cheap and they have good food. We can also do Pappacito's again. IDK just throwing ideas out there.

I just went out in the Washington Ave area..I love it!! Im down for anywhere that has good HH drinks and prices.

Thats so funny, I tried on both of those dresses and almost picked that very same BM dress! I really liked 2117 and still do. I feel like its different and I LOVE the neckline. If youre going for a sexy look definitely go with 2117. If youre going for a more traditional, sublte look then 2034 is better. GL with your decision!

Casey were you at bootcamp on Tuesday? I was trying to see if I could guess who you were lol I forgot the trainers name but hes the new trainer for the MWF class and he worked us OUT on Friday!! No mercy on us! But afterwards it felt so good! LOL
