It's definitely cute. I shortened two dresses a few years ago when I was a bridesmaid and it wasnt cheap (if i remember correctly 80 bucks), so she may not want to. I don't think it matters too much (IMHO) , especially since it's your MOH.

Does anyone know if their salons are any good? I'd rather just do my hair and everything their at the hotel! I've heard mixed reviews, but if you would rather do that yourself, and don't want some of the other packages items, you could always go a la carte, or get a smaller package and add the a la carte items that you would like.

Hey ladies, I'm a little confused about the paperwork needed (neither of us has ever been married)...do you still need the apostille if you have not been married before?

My brother (who is gay) gave me bride and groom koozies yesterday, a BEAUTIFUL wedding day card for our mother, and about 20 options for menu cards, invitations, etc (he's taking care of all of that for me). I love it so much! Yay for gay brothers! lol

Hi Ladies, I feel like I am behind in the game. I think I will definitely get a Maggie Sottero dress; how long does it take to get the dress? Do I need to go in there ASAP if my wedding is 8.5 mos out?

Sigh, it makes me sad. I told FI that i would never tell him what he could or could not do, but that I honestly did not like it and it made me feel uncomfortable and sad. (I also said that I would not be around male strippers)

That resort is amazing! We are thinking of making it a stop on our honeymoon.

Does anyone else worry about rain (or worse a hurricane) as much as I do? I mean, I am grateful that it would be moved into a ballroom (i think?), but well, the whole purpose it to be outside on the beach lol.
