Hello ladies! I have a question about the spa for those who have been or are planning spa services. I have the spa menu that lists the various massage's for individuals and couples. It also lists the Golden Suite Packages. The only difference between the Romantic Couple's massage and the Romantic Golden Suites massage (from what I can tell) is the location, price $309 vs $519 and length 50min vs 100min. However, the package talks about Hydrotherapy and the regular 50 minute Romantic Couple's massage does not mention this. Ideally I would like to schedule a 50 minute romantic couple's massage using our vacation dollars($300 max at spa). I am curious if this treatment includes the hydrotherapy and/or steam before and/or afterwards? Do you receive your masage in the same room? These seem like obvious questions to me....but I am wondering since the spa menu doesn't spell it out. I can go to a high end the spa here at home...so I don't want to spend my time doing the spa thing if it is not great. Thanks much!!! It's almost July!!! Two weeks tomorrow till we leave!!! Chelle

Congratulations Mrs. Hoades! What an amazing wedding and review. You looked stunning in that dress and your flowers were perfect! I have read many reviews on this site since last November, and yours if the first to bring tears to my eyes....especially the part about the prayer added to your ceremony. What a precious touch. Your wedding flow is very similar to mine and has provided a great sense of reassurance that I am on the right path. Well ladies....I did it! I finally got over my panick attack and made my own bouquets! You should have seen my kitchen table...total atom bomb of flowers, leaves, tape, feathers and anything else you can think of. They turned out wonderful and I am so proud! The black one is mine and the aqua one is my MOH's. We are finally down to almost 4 weeks before we leave....and the excitement is brewing BIG TIME! Dress fitting tomorrow evening and OOT bags are done! Yippee....I tried to post some pics below. I will try again if they don't go through.

I believe you qualify no matter how you book (outside of what the fine print says at the bottom of the promotion info on their website. http://www.palaceresorts.com/promoti...630CD5.portal2 Unfortunately the documents I received from our travel agent were no more clearer than what they have posted online. Outside of telling you how much tours cost in vacation dollars (per resort) and how much you get per resort....they didn't really specify how much each Vacation dollar equates to. it clearly states you can use the dollars towards wedding packages....but it doesn't tell you how much it brings the total to. that would be a question for the Palace Resorts sales office I believe. I am just hoping to get down there and use the dollars to get all three of us (my daughter is going with us) on a couple of tours and maybe a slight room upgrade!

Hello everyone...seems like forever since I posted in this thread. Hope everyone's wedding plans are coming along well. Doesn't seem like anyone is in a panic yet....but we seem to have a lot of June & July brides....so the panic may not have set in yet?!? I just realized that in a few days we will be down to 8 weeks. Looking at everyone's list of things to do has reminded me of a few things I forgot (Chair sashes, Sand, Petals, etc.). I thought I was doing good till I had THAT realization! EEEeeeek!!! How many of you could use a vacation right now? I know I wish I could shimmy on down to Cancun for a weekend right about now. We just moved and I have been looking for a job post-haste. Went to Gordman's the other night and happened upon the perfect linen shirt and pants for FI. They were $17 for shirt and $25 for pants...no joke! We found them right before heading to FI's suprise birthday party where his two best men were attending. After the party we all three drove right back over and found them in everyone's sizes. WHAT A FIND! Now we don't have to order custom shirts and everyone is happy...especially my budget! Yippee!!!!
