  1. Hi everyone! There are several items still available if anyone is interested. Please see above for what is gone! Thanks
  2. PynkLemonade- well, I didn't get to use them for anything but my idea was to use them either on the invitations or the programs or to make champagne flute charms for our toast (since we didn't have many people going). They are cute for anything really!
  3. Also sold are the Copper starfish charms and the starfish set of stamps! PynkLemonade- I know I thought they were the cutest thing when I saw them! I bought them at a local craft shop here in Houston. They didn't have enough of one color that's why I had the two different colors. You might want to try searching on google or ebay.

  7. Hi everyone! So after much discussion my fiance and I decided to stay local for our wedding and we will no longer be having a destination wedding therefore I need to clear some space in my house! All of these items are brand new in packaging and I would just like to start from scratch since I had a vision of the beach in mind when I bought a majority of this stuff. Please take a look and PM me if there is anything you like. I am hoping to recuperate what I spent on these items since I spent so much on them and also lost some deposits after canceling the wedding in Mexico, however, if there is something you are interested in and would like to make an offer don’t be shy! In your PM please include an e-mail address and shipping address so I can calculate shipping costs as well as send a paypal invoice. Once I sell an item I will let y’all know! Thanks for looking and happy planning! The Knot Guide to Destination Weddings- $13.00 Brand new and helpful!! 8. Blana, Does the house you were going to rent for May allow receptions inside the house? I just called someone about a beach house on the East end which is rented out by Prudential and she told me they did not allow weddings inside the house but that if I wanted to have a reception on the beach I would need to get a permit. I'm so confused, lol, do you have any advice or anything that may help clarify this? Thanks!
  9. Awww... she is perfect! So beautiful!! Congrats to you and your hubby!
  10. amcarter- Thanks for the advice! We are going to drive to Galveston this weekend and look around at the different possibilities so I will definitely remember to check out the hotels. I was hoping to be able to hold the reception on the beach like we were going to do in Puerto Vallarta so I will be looking for the best way to do it that way. autjo- I think it's mainly just blue icing that makes your mouth blue! Lol I have had cakes with green and orange and it does not stain your mouth or teeth however testing it out is a good idea!
  11. Wow that sounds great! I was wondering about the parking because I saw most homes had a limit of how many cars you can park in the driveways. I think my fiance and I have decided on Galveston! Originally we were going to Puerto Vallarta but decided against it because so many of our friends and family were going to have trouble getting down there and thought staying in a local beach was a good compromise for our dream of a destination wedding :]
  12. Blana- I was considering Galveston for my wedding for the same reasons you are having it there :] I haven't the slightest clue where to start but I do know I want to try to get a beach front rental vacation home but I don't know if they allow an event like that to take place on the beach without a permit or if the owners even allow it. How is your process going? How did you find your location?
  13. I'm interested in a couple of items and I pm'd you (I think)! =] Liz
  14. They are fabulous! What a great idea =] I may just need to try this! Thanks for sharing!
  15. Hi everyone! I was just wondering if any of you are working with a WC outside of the resort and is this any better than just working directly with the resort WC? I'm just looking for insight since I am still in the very early stages of planning! Thanks!
  16. Congrats! Italy is beautiful and I'm sure you will have a wonderful wedding!
  17. Welcome back! Thanks so much for sharing and I can't wait to read your review since I am still in the middle of picking a resort and one of my choices was Dreams Villamagna!
  18. You did an amazing job! Everything looks fabulous and I can't wait to see how it all turned out! Congratulations!
  19. Sarah, I know I'm a little late also but everything is so beautiful and you are so creative! Truly inspiring! Thanks for sharing
  20. Does anybody know what the pricing is per person for the reception dinner outside of the 20 guests that are included on the wedding package? I think I heard someone say it was $55 per person but I'm not sure if that's accurate. Thanks!
  21. Hello everyone! My name is Liz and I am from Houston, TX. My fiance, Matt, and I have been engaged since last fall and we recently set the date for March 6, 2010. We have chosen Puerto Vallarta in Mexico as the location and we are in the process of choosing a resort for the wedding. I have been looking on the internet for suggestions as to which resort is the best or one of the best in the Puerto Vallarta area when I came across this site! I hope I can get some insight that will make the planning process of a destination wedding easier since nobody I know has done it before. I look forward to any suggestions/comments anybody may have!
