I have always been interested in photography, and then after our wedding and having the pleasure to work with Nathaniel Thompson, my husband became inspired to take up this hobby. A couple months ago, we bought the Nikon D40 with the 18-55 and 55-200VR lens kit. We also bought a SB600 flash and bought some accessories like gels, a tripod, umbrella and Cactus VS2 wireless flash trigger. Additionally since lenses are a billion dollar and for us this is more of a hobby we like to rent lenses. I just wanted to post some pics we took of our dogs and some fun we had with portraits. Any critiques/suggestions/comments are welcome! Oh and I have to give my husband most of the credit, I took a few but most of these he took. We also shoot in RAW and then develop the pictures on Adobe LightRoom. Denali Chesdin:
