She is still an approved vendor not sure why she is off the list. You can email her and she will send you actual weddings her team have shot they look amazing and there are all diffrent types of pacakges you can pick.

They executed my wedding dreams perfectly and I had a wonderful day. I had 32 guests and they also all had a great time. My only suggestion for people is to book the Premium Honeymoon suite if it is available. The services given to the premium customers (like a pool butler, free internet in the room, and a dedicated concerige) make it worth the cost! Plus the balcony is AMAZING! I will post again when I start receiving pictures from my family and friends. Rest assured girls, this place was great and you have nothing to worry about! Congratulations to you and your Husband, thank you so much for the review. I know that this resort will work out any kinks I am super excited! Thanks again and Congratulations~~
  3. Since my FI and I are paying for it we put my name first then his

I purchased badge holders and luggage straps from Amazon. (I like going thru Amazon as I feel I have some recourse should anything go wrong with the small vendors.) There are several sellers that offer both - you save on shipping that way. I used the following two products: 1. Advantus 75451 Proximity Badge Holders - Vertical, 2-3/8x3-3/8, clear. They come 50 to a pack. 2. Sparco Plastic Straps for Luggage Tags - SPR01160. They come 100 to a box. I found 4 sellers that sold both, and with shipping here was the cost: 1. Plex Supply - $28.82 2. Shoplet - $29.45 3. My Office Source - $30.53 4. The Factory Depot - $33.19 You have to do some poking around to find them - but if you use the searches "Proximity Badge Holder" (be sure to buy the verticals ones) and "Plastic Straps for Luggage Tags", you'll find the products, then just click the "12 available new/used from..." link and it will bring you to the sellers. Here are what the straps and holders look like empty: And here are the inserts I made - I just used leftover cardstock from my boarding passes: front: Back: I found that running a letter opener across the holders made it much easier to put the inserts in without bending the corners. I've included the template for the inserts. I left the goofy "luggage tag" around the outside edge because it's FI's favorite part - it's in the Maiandra GD font, and the little trees are in Tropicana BV. If you don't have both they are on DaFont.com, but they will help you see better. Print them double sided - at least on my printer, they line up perfectly. Enjoy! PS - if you did the math, then you recognize that I've got a bunch of the loops leftover - for the sake of my late RSVP-ers, assume I've got 30. If you want them, they are yours for the cost of shipping. PM me if you want them. they came out really good!!! Can you or someone share some points with me so I can open the template. It would greatly be appreciated!
  5. I just heard about Fabio poor thing, glad to hear he will be back next monday I have lots of questions still unanswered by him I have my hair and makeup apts already sched. with trials yes it's lot of money but really you only get married once and I want my pics to look FAB!! that is how I think plus with the weather down there I won't know what products to use etc. I am going to bring down summer make up that I use where I live in ct for the summer you know.
  6. I am not worrying about the bad reviews there are enough good reviews on trip advisor, plus I feel they will work out the kinks by my wedding 4/24/09. Any grand opening resort will have kinks with in the few months of being open I say by Feb/March everything will be working properly. They are a big company, and have many resorts that have all opened and now have fantastic reviews. So don't worry about it right now, if you are getting married few months into 09.

I am super wiped out and buried in laundry. Congrats! love your dress! you look FAB!! Thanks for posting your photos!
  9. with everything, wedding reception, our flights & stay, honeymoon etc. we have a budget of $16000 which we are going to be right on. We hope too be a little under budget but it does not look that way. But as long we were right on w out budget we are good. And right now we totally are!
  10. We want to spend about $300 for bags & things to go in them. We are expecting about 35 people

We got ours @ Target, $25 for 50 of them with response cards, they are pretty simple, with a shell on them and we are printing them ourselves. Too me invitations are not important, people just throw them away anyway, so we want to spend money on other things for our weddig day. they will do just fine.
  12. yeah we are doing a welcome dinner/rehersal dinner all guests are invited, its the night before our wedding... yay
  13. We are just going to do activites that the resort has such as beach volly ball game or something like that, however wants to play can join in. I don't want to have too have our guests pay for something outside the resort being that they have paid enough to be there.

What badge covering did you end up using? I did not imagine that I could make my own luggage tags but it seems pretty simple that is awesome
  19. Can someone please post the list of approved photographers for the resort, I know I saw it somewhere in here but can't find it again, thanks!
  20. True there is no cure for it but some of the creams help alittle, I have been using avon's cellulite cream and store bought cream together recently I use them both 2x;s a day and I have seen a little diffrence which is good. Mosturize, drink tons of water and exfoliate all help

Is that enough? Also, any gift suggestions for ring bearers?? omg yes totally, I think just getting their air/hote is a gift in itself. I mean that is really nice gift. Most people are not funding their attendents or parents trip to the wedding, we certainly are not we would be bankrupt if we that. How old is the ring bearer? ours is 7 we have thought yet what to get him, something that he would like nothing that he won't use, maybe something that he can use while in mexico at our wedding
